Always a great cut for a good price. Love those coupons, they usually come after I’ve gotten my 3 month haircut. LOL!

Awful. I asked just for my bangs trimmed as they were too heavy. Instead, the woman cut MORE!!! She butchered my hair in 5 minutes, and now I have to wait YEARS for it to grow out.

They’ve messed me up twice now, they have now idea how to blend hair (blamed it on the way I was sleeping) then got mad at me when I told them to stop cutting. Please save yourself the pain and go somewhere else or your going to regret it like me

I enjoy getting haircuts from here! My new favorite stylist knows what she is doing with my hair, which most others from other shops don't. I wish I knew her name so I could give her credit... She is an asian lady with tattoos on her arm and hand. Super sweet and encouraging ?

Good haircut, no complaints. First time at this location, I always go to the other location in Torrance. I came here because there was $14.99 coupon on Facebook. Seems like a lot of people were here using that coupon code. I checked in through its website. It's absolute must to check-in online. If you check in by walking-in, expect to wait over an hour. My cut is super easy, just clip my entire head and do the edges. Takes less than 5 minutes. They did the job good, I had people mess up before when it's super easy. Love seeing the discount promotion!

I would just say unskilled, unprofessional. They don't know what they are doing and looks like they need training. If you don't love your hair, this is the best place. I will never go to this place. They have cut my hair which pops out now and my 6 months of growing hair effort turns out to be Big 0. Very disappointed. I read more yelp review and i can coordinate with it now. Manager/owner of the store shpuld look into other reviews for reality.

I have been using great clip for past 10 years in another locations but i have never worst experience like this time. AJ was unprofessional and unskilled. I had clearly mentioned what i wanted and showed them the picture. They even didn't look into the picture properly and cut my hair short which popped out. I had showed clearly on above ear style and the way they cut short now doesn't cover the ear which popped out now. Mistake happens every where but in place of correcting the mistake and setting up the hair properly they want me to get out of shop faster so they can treat more customer. Really unprofessional and unskilled location. I have never face this type of behavior any other location. It takes time to grow long hair and i have an event which i feel messed up because of this wrong behavior and cut. If you guys love your hair, i would suggest to go to another location.

I've been coming here for years and my cuts have always been good. Sure, it's not an upscale salon which is fine since I just want to get in and out quickly. And for the price, it really suits my needs. Close to home, easy to park, the app works great, and most importantly, I'm in and out really fast. What more could I ask for.
