Terrible customer service by Kathy pharmacist. I waited for one hour, while Kathy regenerated a new label. She knew I was sitting in the chair waiting. Kathy put it in a bucket instead of handing it to the cashier. I walked up to cashier and asked her what's taking so long. She walks over to Kathy's bucket, and pulls it out, knowing it was ready for pick up. Every time I come in this store, I have to deal with a rude pharmacist Kathy.She needs to have a supervisor oversee her.I won't be back at this pharmacy again because of their rudeness.Kathy knew exactly what she was doing. She was mad because she had to recreate a new label for my coupon. She's disgusting!!

Pharmacist barely speaks English cannot understand him. Decided to change the rules on his own about pick up date of RX three pharmacist gave me a particular date. This pharmacist decided it should be two days later I had to argue with him he should not be practicing pharmacy, not in an English speaking city. I felt I was talking to a wall! Worst ones I’ve ever had there. I don’t know what his name is I couldn’t understand him.

Their customer service here is the worst. We were put on hold with the pharmacy and left on hold for 10 minutes before recalling. We were put on hold again this time 35 minutes before I got out another phone and called the main store to figure out whats going on. Apparently while we were on hold... For the second time... The pharmacy techs left. This was 40 minutes before the pharmacy was closing so there should be no reason this happened.

The staff here is so rude. Patty and the only male pharmacy technician would yell at whoever talks to on the phone. Also, they always do something that I don't think is correct. They always call another CVS to check stock for C2. Don't they know that they're not supposed to do that? They always argue with people on the phone. These people should be fired.

We were being followed around by tall black employee, with braids. This employee was hawking and staking us around the store, thus making us feel uncomfortable.He (black employee) went purposely to the register as we were about checkout and we switched the self checkout as he made us feel uncomfortable.Then, he walked aggressively to the self checkout and spoke rudely and loud , saying,"nah nah!"Also, what was worst he actually walked to front to see what car we got into.What a weirdo!

This place sucks! Go to literally any other pharmacy. They are rude, unorganized, and without sense of customer service. Obviously people are going to the pharmacy to see a professional for health related reasons. Highly recommend keep on driving, there is another pharmacy across the street. After waiting for 2 hours, they basically said they don't have the items in stock and said oh well sorry.

This CVS is located in the Old Ranch Town Center, amongst a bunch of other retail stores. It has good outside visibility, so my wife knew immediately there was one close by (we were going to a different store nearby when we saw it). Since she had yet another 40% off coupon expiring that day, we stopped by to see if we could find another 'never-goes-on-sale' item to use it for....and...we were successful. I know most people use CVS as a pharmacy (hence the name), BUT....CVS stands for 'Consumer Value Store', and they sell a lot more than drugs/medicine...including quite a bit of food....and the most complicated but beneficial loyalty rewards retail system we know (they actually use gamification to cajole you to constantly come into their stores). If you are the type that enjoys learning and correctly using coupons/codes/discounts to save a little bit of money (and don't mind spending time on it), make sure you are a member of the CVS rewards program.Oh..for this particular store, it was typical in that a lot of the personal hygiene products (e.g. stick deodorant) were behind lock and key. Five-star callout for Jake for being such a friendly associate helping on the floor.

Went to get my flu shot, which was free last year. AFTER I got it they tell me there's a copay. Granted the change is probably on my insurance, but they gotta tell people about this first. I would have skipped it at that price, but I guess that's why these crooks didn't tell me.
