I highly recommend Beach City Jewelers! I bought an engagement ring here for my now fiancé, and I couldn't be happier with the result. The owners, Top and Lucy, are a wonderful couple and extremely helpful and responsive. I was able to email and call Top with ideas about what I wanted for the ring, and it turned out exactly how I envisioned it and more. My fiancé loved it as well! I am glad I entrusted this big decision with Beach City Jewelers!

Top and Lucy goes above beyond to earn your business. They will work around your budget and they will never try to upsell you. That to me is amazing Customer Service. My fiancé and I walked in to ask if we were able to incorporate my fiancé's father's wedding band into a new one. We had gone to 3 other locations that were not able to explain why it wasn't possible- Top took the time to tell us why! I am so glad we came here and received a thorough explanation. Lucy was amazing! She showed me around the styles I was looking for. We walked out with our wedding bands and one more thing checked off our list! Great customer service and will definitely be back.

We went with Beach City Jewelers for my engagement ring an were blown away by Top's work. We recently returned to the store for our wedding bands! I love my ring!! Top was quick but thorough with his work and gave us a fair price.

The ONE jeweler you'll want/need is Beach City Jewelers. The Most important thing you need to know is they are TRUSTWORTHY! Top and Lucy were recommended from some very good friends so we went by... They are in our neighborhood which was a plus... The first thing that Top said was, "NEVER" just give your jewelry to someone. He shared some things with me that would help me to feel comfortable with how to trust your jeweler. This is so important.... We have purchased several special pieces from Top and Lucy and love every piece! They are always helpful and truly care. The quality is always amazing and It's handy to be able to go in and have the jewelry cleaned and checked.

There are many jewelers in Southern California and choosing one for your engagement ring can be overwhelming. My advice to you, buy the relationship! I met and talked to many jewelers before deciding on Beach City Jewelers. The thing that stuck out with them was Top and Lucy NEVER pressured me into buying anything. They answered my hundreds of questions and provided guidance on the design of the ring. I genuinely felt like they were looking out for my best interest. If you have concerns about the quality of work, they will provide you with a loop to look at many of their custom designs.

Top created a gorgeous ring for my wedding band and I’m so pleased with how it turned out! Him and his wife were always so friendly and patient with me as I figured out what I wanted. They don’t have a hugely wide variety of mens bands but they do have some to choose from. You can usually grab the last parking spot available out front, so it’s convenient to visit. Definitely recommend!

Highly recommended! We came in and browsed at first but after leaving realized we felt very comfortable. Top was helpful and honest. We did our research came back the next weekend and worked with him to customize our rings. He responded quickly. He is extremely talented and his craftsmanship is flawless like my diamond haha. And yay! There is parking!

My fiance and I were browsing for engagement rings and Top came highly recommended by my boss whose known him for years. We also got educated on the 4 C's. Top and Lucy are very kind and made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Never once did we feel like they were pushy unlike other jewelry chains. For sure we'll be back for wedding bands in the near future as well as for other jewelry pieces. I also get many compliments on the ring.

This is my first review ever, and after my experience today it is totally justified. The owners of Beach City, Top and Lucy, are just incredible. They are the most genuine, transparent, whole hearted people in the whole industry. I bought my wife’s ring there 4 years ago and it couldn’t of come out any better. This year I decided to upgrade it and they delivered to perfection. They designed and built the perfect ring to my wife’s picky standards and it was just perfect. The quality of work they do there is top tier and I just can’t say enough about them and their business. I will never get jewelry anywhere else as long as they are open. Now I just have to find a car mechanic of the same standards….. wish me luck!!

Went there for a custom engagement ring. Went over the details and put a deposit, then later was told that one of the previously discussed details could not be done on the ring. Got my deposit back without any problem.

My experience at Beach City Jewelers was great! The industry doesn't really put too much effort into men's wedding bands in my opinion. I was struggling to find something that would be worth wearing forever. There are a lot of the similar items between jewelers and I wanted something personal and unique. To my amazement, Beach City Jewelers had a solid collection of men's bands. Lucy and Top were so amazing and helpful. I met Lucy the first time I went in and she pointed out some rings that I ended up really liking. Then the next time I came in with my then fiancee, I got to work with Top. Not only did I find a unique ring that I liked, but I also was able to customize it further to truly make it mine. Top saw my vision and helped bring it to life. I wear my wedding band proudly knowing that it is truly a custom piece and something that I got to put my touch on. It's not just a cookie cutter band. I am so thankful that I found Beach City Jewelers!
