Super friendly crew and amazing customer service. The store was very clean and I highly recommend this store, had one of the best experiences buying what I wanted and receiving it within a reasonable time frame. Good job to this crew.

Not helpful Doors not open till 9:20 Then she says she can't do anything as the internet is down And she says the screen protector with life time guarantee that I got this year is not something they carry in the store Not a great experience

Thank god for new management at this store, Jenny is amazing. Made sure her employees were giving me accurate info and walked out feeling taken care of. This is the only ATT i will be visiting moving forward!

STOLE MY PHONE!I came in with a trade-in and they stole it. I tried for months to deal with the former store manager (Steven) about a resolution, but to no avail. I will be escalating the situation.In short, I came in with a trade-in, but it was never added to my account. I came back to the store to see why and they told me they didn't have a record of it either. The manager admitted that the employee had received the phone and from there, they don't know what happened.3 months I worked with them to resolve this and nothing has come of it.DO NOT USE THIS STORE IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT!
