I don’t know who does the hiring here. But they must like have a team of experts that pay top dollar and have the best benefits you could find. Because every time I’ve ever been in here every single lady working, is an angel from heaven. Not only is a store like my favorite place to be. And I’m not even old. But the girls engage with my small children the entire time. It’s like I have a babysitter while I’m shopping. I don’t know. I’d give them five stars if I could.

Owner is very rude to her staff. Pays barely minimum wage and treats them like garbage. Everything inside is way over priced I found the same dishes she sells for almost $40 a piece for $7 at goodwill.

My husband and I use to live in Scotts Valley 30 years ..this place is Awesome.We live in Roseville area now ,,and I come back every 2-3 months to visit and this place is first on the list for shopping and I usually bring a friend and they love it too ..it my Christmas store for gifts and wedding and just for me ..also I will be visiting and buying something for my Birthday as I will be in town September 16&17 for my birthday

Always a treat to shop here. Plenty of staff on hand to help cater to you. Many fun unique pieces. Great gift store. Or for Personel items. Purses and jewelry are very well selected. Clothing, Chimes and Children's items. Puzzles, scented products, masks and more. I never leave this store empty handed. A little pricy. But I can usually find something in reach. And good quality. The new homestore down the road is really nice.... lots of unusual items... and furniture..Great if you want a housewarming or bridal gift. The furniture is very interesting... it's in the shopping center near the old KMart ...

I'm sorry to see so many bad reviews. My hope is that the store has read them and hired new staff to give the best customer service. I'm not much of a shopper, but this store is my favorite. I used to live near Scotts Valley, but now I"m an hour away. Anytime I go to the Santa Cruz area, I go out of my way to shop there. They have the best gifts, unique and well made, and something for every member of the family. Quality merchandise. Going there today!

Shoppers paradise. Very girly store where you will feel overwhelmed by cute things that you probably don't need...althought who does not need some more Brigjron jewelry pieces? Tons of funny names soaps, candela, lotions...the Store is well packed and divided in different sections to get lost in an organized way.

I've never actually been able to purchase anything from Zinnias. I've been to their store three times in the 9years I've lived in the valley- and each time, I've left feeling like the staff was pretentious & rude. Like I am not the kind of customer they want. I came in tonight with my 8 year old daughter and my mother in law from out of state, and while looking at something, one of Zinnias employees comes by me with her arms out wide and says, "Please step aside" and is attempting to clear a way for a customer with a cane. I was off to the side, no where near the lady, and I was planted. The lady passes right by me, 10+ feet away from me and it occurs to me that I didn't have to move at all. She never came in my direction. Not to mention, the employee was rude to that customer too about trying things on in the store. My daughter was drinking something and the same lady snapped at her to pull her mask up. There's no sign stating that she couldn't drink inside the store. WE'RE CHRISTMAS SHOPPING. Lunch is on the go.. ease up a bit. Anyway, I came in to spend my money & "Bumblebees By the Seas" got my $$$ instead! Go there instead of Zinnias. The women that work there are wonderfully nice & kind, and their inventory is beautiful!
