One teller , One Manager that couldnt be bothered , 12 people , many senior citizens, standing and some sitting on the concrete floor waiting and waiting , come on WF .... Pls Pls prove me wrong and get back to your old service....

I can see why this branch has a poor rating and I totally see that... this bank used to be great, the staff were friendly, professional and most of all competent. But sadly, since covid, the staff as been in and out and most of them do not know how to do the basic transactions and they seem to be in constant training.. not to mention, they all have some attitude like we owe them for helping us... I am not exaggerating when I say, they speak in condescending tone if you ask for anything other than straight up deposit or withdraw .. which of course you would bec else why go inside just use the atm for that right? Avoid going to this branch if you can.. it just ruins your day when in our small town, we cannot get courteous and adept service

Despite requests that over the years probably make me seem like a customer from hell - ASAP home mortgage over New Year's, depositing hundreds in $2 bills, resetting a long-forgotten PIN code - this Wells Fargo branch has always been friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. Very glad to have them as our local bank!

Anytime I try to get help in person they refer us to go online! You would think that humans would like to keep their jobs and not show exactly how automating theirs jobs would serve us better. My husband had such a bad experience that after being born into his membership in 1987 he told the teller who would not help him with fraudulent bank charges he was going to switch to chase. She said have fun, go do it! And laughed at him.After having past mortgages, our savings, my sons savings, and two checking and credit accounts with them we will be leaving. After 30+ years!Please Scott’s valley Wells Fargo check in on your employees they are loosing you long term high level accounts.There’s a reason you all have such a low star rating.

If I could give this place a zero I would. No consistency in how they administer policy and most of the workers seem to not know what they can and can’t do. Very unpleasant experience always. May start looking for another bank.

If you just need "deposit/withdrawal" with no brains or creativity (Or actual banker knowledge) then yea, "great" bank. The employees I dealt with in Scotts Valley were arrogant and incompetent. I had a very slightly unusual situation -- claiming the beneficiary share of a deceased parents IRA -- and they adamantly claimed there was NO way to do it without sitting the beneficiary down in the branch in front of their work station and doing it interactively. Nonsense. Of course people do this by filling out and notarizing forms... eg like when they live in a different town/state/country. Nope, they said, you're stupid and wrong. I left and went home. In 10 minutes of searching the Internet, I found the forms those idiots insisted did not exist. I filled out the forms, mailed them in, and got exactly what I needed. Don't believe "Sherry" when she tells you she knows everything about everything... which is what she tried to tell me when she said those forms didn't exist, and what I actually was able to do "was not possible".

Despite being one of the largest financial organizations, the Scotts Valley branch of Wells Fargo treats us like a neighbor. Our family has been banking at this location for decades, and they have assisted us in maneuvering various accounts and financial services successfully. Recently, we needed to restructure our account again, and the process was completely seamless. Kara Park deserves a particular shout out. She met with us multiple times, and addressed all of our issues knowledgably and kindly. Kara went above and beyond our expectations, and all the while with a smile on her face and a friendly demeanor. It was a pleasure to work with her, and to have her as part of our financial team. I highly recommend Wells Fargo, Scotts Valley based on our decades long banking relationship.
