We have been clients of Walters & Kondrasheff for over 25 years (starting back when it was Thomas & Walters). We have received excellent service and value for money spent during that time. Our returns have sometimes been difficult and convoluted for them to process, such as while in military, being stationed outside CA but having to file Federal and 3 different state returns. Between mid-March through April 15 (the worse part of the tax filing season), it can be a little difficult getting a quick answer to a financial question. However, even then they have always returned our calls within a day or so. We continue to recommend Walters & Kondrasheff to our friends and family wholeheartedly.

They are always prompt, and have helped me during the years on a variety of concerns I've had. when I've reached out with questions, I normally get a response within one day. That's impressive For any business. I highly recommend this company.

I have used Max for the last 12 years and have beenvery satisfied with his service, expertise, and responding to individual issues and concerns...the more preparation in what you provide the better the service..I found the earlier I completed the input documents the faster the turnaround.

I've used this company for a few years just to do taxes. Poor communication. Mistakes made. High fees. Takes too long. And lost paperwork!
