Worst pharmacy ever. Every single person in line had an issue with them. They don't have enough staff. When trying to get my Covid and flu vaccines they couldn't get it to go through my insurance. The pharmacist said our computer system is unreliable!! We waited over an hour and we had made an appointment and brought our filled out paperwork. Horrible

Janeva is the best. Normally I use CVS in Scotts Valley out of habit. They couldn’t get my prescription for some reason yet didn’t notify me about it. I went in and they suggested trying Walgreens. Walgreens faxed CVS for the transfer which CVS didn’t respond to. Then Janeva talked to them on phone and got it transferred. CVS said I could only do a 3 month supply but I’m going out of the country for 4 months. The prescription was for 6 months supply. Janeva not only was able to do the 6 month supply but for cheaper than CVS! Normally it’s $120 for 3 months but she figured out how to do it for $80. Not only is she amazing at her job but she’s nice and funny too.

Reasonable consideration. I don't blame the lack of stars on the employees they are doing very good. I blame big pharma

A supposed manager told me to go to the end of the line because my prescription wasn't ready at 4. It was supposed to be ready at 10 AM so I gave them all day. She told me to behave myself and I was livid. She will be reported, not at the store but at corporate. Who talks to customers that way? She's an old woman with long ratty hair so it's not generational

Stay far far away from this pharmacy. Called at 10am about my prescription and the actual pharmacist said it's ready. 11:20am come to pick it up and pharmacy tech says it's not ready for another 20 minutes. Came back at 12:45pm and it's still not ready. This department is incompetent, the only reason I came here was for the drive thru while having COVID. Won't ever come back.

I'm very Ill. Couldn't verify their own stock of medication so I was told I was being transfered to someone who could. Instead I was transfered to an endless wait loop on phone. 30 minutes of waiting finally gave up. Hopelessly incompetent...

They didn't have my appointment despite email confirmation. They didn't have one of the shots I was scheduled to get and I had to wait for over an hour despite being told I would be helped shortly.

Too many instances to list of waiting in line for decades, staff who move like sloths, staff who don't know products... terrible management and the least efficient pharmacy on earth.

They fill prescriptions but it takes FOREVER in line. Not recommended. Guy in front of me at the window with an appointment is still waiting to get his booster 25 minutes later...

Trying to pick up a prescription was frustrating.Only one clerk trying to service line in store and auto's waiting in line at the window. I finally had to leave and return later. As I left I noticed other employees in the store basically not doing anything.Bad management!

If you don’t mind waiting an hour in the drive through with only 4 cars ahead of you, or canceling your prescription on you without contacting you first. And always being out of stock on the prescription you need ALL THE TIME! Then this is the pharmacy for you. If not just go to cvs down the street they never run out of simple prescriptions you need and your in an out in 10 mins it’s worth getting out and walking a few feet instead of being stuck waiting in line and wasting gas.

This Walgreens is notoriously bad in my local area. They are ALWAYS understaffed at the pharmacy and either rude, inept, or really rude. Avoid this one. There's also a homeless dude who set up outside who will harass you for money when you leave.

Negligent pharmacy. If you really *need* your medications, go somewhere else. They arbitrarily close early (both drive-through and inside). The guy blocking the line inside doesn't wear a mask properly. A pharmacy should know if it's hanging down and nostrils/lip visible, then it's useless. Corralling customers into a small area during a pandemic spike like that is not acceptable. Based on all these reviews, it's been going on for some time. Maybe if they get sued they'll pay attention? They aren't selling trinkets or luxury items, they're medications people count on to manage their health. They're causing people to suffer and someone could die. The parent company needs to step in and come up with a remediation plan right away.

I had an appointment scheduled for today for my booster shot. When I showed up to get it, they told me that no one came in today to work so the pharmacy was closed. This was the only day I could get my booster before heading back to college. Really disappointed that they didn't at least send an email when they realized no one came in.
