You’ll be better off paying more and using a different service, especially if you want your packages delivered on time

Do you know what, to be honest I’m not so sure USPS as a whole does a great job, but I have to say the clerks have always been nice. And I really think frankly, that Scotts Valley, and perhaps the world is full of a bunch of complaining Karens who love to drop a one star review when they don’t get what they want. Be nicer people, and maybe the world will be nicer back to you.

We have rural mailboxes and large packages can't be delivered.I get Amazon notifications on my phone when this happens and I head in to get the packages.A short guy with white hair at the front got super snotty with me because I didn't have the pink slip that they drop off in the mailbox.I tried to explain that I don't empty that mailbox but get notifications electronically. This little weasel tried to be condescending and sarcastic until I told him loudly to just stop talking to me and do his job and go get the packages.

For over 30 years I never had someone as rude as the front desk here . I'm not going to say his name but his attitude and disrespect is toxic and I hope that he sees that talking down to people is not the way.

What a perfectly designed parking lot. Not being sarcastic or anything. It’s just refreshingly well designed.

This is my second issue this month with my local Scott’s valley usps. Amazon and fed ex deliver packages with no issue but USPS tracking claimed I had an “insufficient address” even though its the correct address and is sending my package “back to sender” I’ve waited 8 days for the package and now there sending it back to the sender ?!! Ridiculous. I try and call to resolve the issue and ask for my package to get delivered since it has my correct address on it and the office phone just rings for 4 minutes and hangs up. I’ve called 5 times- no answer.

Worst customer service ever. It’s always a mess and only 1 person at front most of the time.

Worthless - mail delivery is spotty and often late. Forget about receiving any but the smallest packages. I don't know if they're just so under staffed or just don't care. I cringe every time Amazon tells me that USPS is 'delivering' my package as I have about a 50% chance I'll actually get my items.

Have a package that you don't want to see on time? Have it sent through this post office. Saturday delivery? They'll say they tried to deliver and then say that you requested that it be held at the post office without any contact from you, they decide that. Maybe its that medication you needed, doesnt matter. Then when you go to check if it will be delivered the next business day they say they need to look into it. Then and only then will they tell you they sent the package back to the sender. Good luck getting anyone on the phone to talk to sort anything out.

This is the worst post office I have ever had to deal with. They lie and are extremely rude. I literally stood on my steps, watched the mail carrier drive past my house, deliver a package to a neighbor 2 doors down, get back in their car and leave. I then get a notification they "tried to deliver but the front doorway or driveway was not accessible". I put in a complaint online and get a call from a rude woman "supervisor" saying the carrier didn't lie that she was out on her route too long and the supervisor sent her a message to return to the office immediately... ok so I get it, they have a lot of mail to deliver and s*** happens with timing but she DID lie by saying the door/driveway was inaccessible! And why did she drive past my house to deliver 2 doors down? Don't you think in an effort to save time you would go in order? Anyway, I know there is nothing I can actually do and the supervisor said I would get my package today so I guess we'll see... still she didn't have to be such a b*tch about it and the carrier didn't have to put that as the reason the package wasn't delivered trying to put the blame on me for not having an accessible front door

The staff at Scott Valley’s Post Office are ways the best. They are always willing to support and help. I mail dozens of packages weekly and have never had an issue. I have had nothing but the best interactions with them and that’s because I also understand and respect how hard they work.

These people who work here are rude and impatient. God forbid you ask them any questions about shipping your package. Hopefully my package gets to where it's supposed to go

I just went to see how much extra it would be to ship a package after the buyer only paid for a certain amount of weight. The lady behind the counter is very rude. Was yelling at a woman with her kids to not take her card out of the reader she then proceeded to yell at me to walk around the counter as that's where her line started. Mind you here was not me person in front of me and it was clear it didn't matter where I stood. Very rude lady that shouldn't be in customer service. I'll ship my package out of another store. That lady needs to find a different job

Packages will be marked as delivered when they haven't been and then it'll be marked as ready for pick up
