Its not the most popular thing to do, but if you need to leave a blood or urine sample, this is definitely the place to do it. The staff is super friendly, there is almost no waiting (5 minutes today) and you can take care of your business quickly and be on your way. They even have a couple funny phlebotomy cartoons on the wall to make you chuckle while they are sticking the needle in your arm.

If this is PAMF/Sutter Health Care, I took my girlfriend there to see her doctor. Parking was easy and free and ADA compliant.

I've been going to this clinic for 20 years, and to the main facility for 40 years. The docs are excellent, and I've rarely had to wait long. All records are shared with my primary care physician, so even if I go here, she knows what's going on. I also like that my records are accessible to me online, so I have all test results, appointment reminders, etc all in one place. They also have a lab and an x-ray facility at this site.

This is the PAMF/Sutter Health phlebotomy lab in Scotts Valley. After a doctor puts a blood work order on file, you can visit this lab either as a walk-in or with an appointment. The lab closes at 3pm on weekdays. It's all well organized, and the staff is friendly. Typically there are 2 phlebotomists on duty. I tried to make an appointment online, but it seems you have to call the lab office at the main PAMF Soquel location and specify Scotts Valley for your appointment. If you call the Scotts Valley receptionist for an appointment, they forward the call for you.

I have nothing but praise for this facility and the people who work here. I had to go back 3 times in the last week and each time I was professionally received, had a very short wait time and received top quality, friendly and compassionate care. and clear instructions regarding follow-up. David the PA was my primary care giver, supported by an excellent team of medical assistants. My heartfelt thanks to all at this clinic.

Pretty good quality walk-in clinic especially off hours and weekends. Great pediatrician typically on staff as well as physician assistants.

If you have an out-of-state insurance provider, don't waste your time going here or, likely, any of these "urgent care" centers. They were unable and/or unwilling to find out if they could accept the out-of-state insurance. There is a difference between "We don't know if we can ..." and "We can't ..." I was left with the impression of either simple ignorance or laziness. Though there were no other patients, we were forced to go to Dominican Hospital, which was actually quite good but extremely crowded.

Actually I really would give the facility a -5 stars. I had two granddaughters visiting from out of state and my daughter was in Spain. She had called their call center from Spain before sending me there to see if they would accept her Utah insurance and they assured her that they would with a $45 copay. When I got there they said it would be a three-hour wait and the charge would be $300 for each girl. They had absolutely no sympathy or concern for my dilemma as an older woman with three little girls with me, two of them with painful earaches. It was all about the money. Even though I told them that my daughter had talked with a specific person at their call center all they could say was that they didn't know who that was and they still needed the $600 upfront. I would NOT recommend them to anyone!! It was totally about the money. After that, I traveled to Cupertino to Minute Clinic in the CVS Drug Store and was treated with respect, kindness and understanding. I wasn't charged an outrageous amount for copay. They were thorough in examining each of the girls and I got prescriptions filled right at the same facility. It was worth leaving Scotts Valley Urgent care facility and making the 35 minute drive to Cupertino to the Minute Clinic.
