One of very few truly honest car repair shops! Phil will do whatever it takes to diagnose the problem until fixed at fair price. I have tried many other shops in the area over the years and this one is head and shoulder above them. I highly recommend Rogers Automotive.

Came in for an oil change and he tried to charge me $200 for that and an air filter replacement because it "really needed changed too". Absolutely ridiculous attempt at scamming a 20 yr old girl. This was months ago, but just remembered how horrible of a scam that was and wanted to warn people who may not know any better.

Rogers and Phil are honest and kind, they took care of my cars with fair price and good service. When I go to them I always feel that I'm in good hands and they always care. Last time they told me about my passenger rear tire that is in a bad shape, something that I didn't notice even if they don't provide this service, I'm grateful for that and I appreciate it. Solid repair shop and quick. They fixed my alternator when it blew in 2019 and did a good job at a reasonable price. Would recommend them to anyone in Scotts Valley.

These guys are great! I called several shops to replace my battery with no response and when I called them they happily fit me in the day of. They were friendly and attentive and even checked on things other than the battery. I highly recommend this shop!

Been taking my cars here since I could drive, Roger and Phil are very honest and have been excellent at working on my European and Japanese cars. Pricing is fair and transparent and they are easy to get ahold of. They have always given me quality repairs at a good price and returned the car quickly.

BLUF - really good work, for a fair price, on very short notice. Had to take my truck in prior to a road trip. Called the shop about an hour and a half before they closed for the day to see if it could be serviced. Got the "how fast can you be here?" qualifier and booked it over there. Love the place from the start because you get to deal with two guys who look like they could fix just about anything. It's a no BS quote and everyone just gets things done. Was told to come back an hour later and the truck was fixed. I'll definitely be back and am glad I found them. It's hard to find a good wrench anywhere, much less for a fair price, and I'm all about supporting our local businesses. Two thumbs up and will be back.

Roger and Phil are honest, fair, and experienced mechanics. We have been taking all three of our cars there and have been completely satisfied with their work and their pricing. That Uber driver doesn't know what he is talking about. Probably a shill from a competitor.

I'm an Uber driver and I just heard from someone who took their car to Rogers Automotive the guy or guys there are shady. Be careful taking your vehicle here because they'll charge you extra in labor and probably any other way. Watch out. Download AutoMD or Google the costs before taking your vehicle to this place
