Kirsten, thank you for the wonderful kind way you took care of my little Bella in grooming her.I especially love the care and precision you took in clipping Bella's nails and hair between her toes knowing how sensitive she is about her paws. Also, no Groomer has ever done as good a job as you did clipping hair inside and outside her ears. I know these are maybe small things to other people but big for Bella and me. And Brett, Thank you for your quick thinking and solution to unlocking my car door where inside my keys sat leisurely on my front seat. “I think we are so lucky to have this resource in our community. You can get livestock and pet supplies. They let you buy hay by the flake and you can save a lot of money from buying hay from other stores. Feed is reasonably priced. Excellent collection of frozen pet food. Random livestock items that could come in handy. A definite place to come to buy chicken stuff, if you have chickens and live on the westside.”

“My vet prescribed an Rx for Methimazole Anhydrous PLO for my 19-year-old cat who was recently diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism Disease. This Rx originally came in pill form but it was ' high drama' for both me & my cat each time she was dosed which was every 12 hours. So the vet changed Rx to accommodate a different application which made it possible to administer the medication successfully w/o the drama. YAY! She directed me to this pharmacy where they hand-prepare the Rx. I highly recommend this pharmacy not only for their ability to prepare medication for specialized cases but their staff was amazing. They are very knowledgeable & gave me very clear & thorough instructions on how to apply & answered all my questions. I was impressed with their professionalism, patience & overall passion for the good care of the animals we love, our precious pets. My cat & I are most grateful to this business. Refills are a breeze AND they deliver. Cool huh?”

“Scotts Valley Feed is an amazing pet and animal supply store! They carry pretty much every high-end / health conscious dog and cat food brand you can think of. My dog has diabetes and is prone to pancreatitis so his diet is very limited. I'm so happy to have a local store that carries the Nulo Adult Trim food that we rely on for him. They also have an amazing selection of special treats (like dehydrated meats and dried fish) that we give my dog after he gets is insulin shots.”
