The worst customer service. If negative reviews were a thing this store would deserve it for sure, guy at the counter was mad because I interrupted his precious time eating snacks and watching videos, and had the worst attitude, definitely the worst, employees don't know a thing about auto parts and get mad when they have to look for them, or even when you ask anything.

Augustine at the Scott's valley location is a legit angel. My door latch on my car got stuck in the locked position. I drove over to Oreilly and asked for help, he came right out and fixed my door with no problem. 10/10 recommend these guys for any of your auto/guardian angel needs. Thanks again Augustine!!!
