“Machines are clean, no mold (Aug 2024). $5.50 a load to wash, less to dry. Bills/quarters machine and a vending machine with detergents and softeners. Chairs, WiFi, lots of parking, clean.”
“Every time that I have gone to wash my clothes at The Laundry Room it has been a pleasant experience (I know, I know...I'm washing my clothes there). The attendants are always pleasant and offer their help consistently. The place has been just about spotless every time--even when it has been packed with customers. I am always happy when I leave there because my clothes are as clean as when I had my own washer and dryer. The owners are nice, down to earth folks. In fact, I need to get over there today, lol.”

“This business defines excellent service. My laundry was picked up. I received a call from the service manager about one item of concern.
My instruction, written on a note, was to just wash it w/cold water. Their concern was that it might shrink. I reassured the manager that the item had been washed before and was fine.
I appreciated the ease of tossing my items in their large purple bags, the quick pick up service from my front porch, and the extra personal attention, receiving a call of caution about that item.
My laundry came back to my porch, folded and neatly placed in the same clean bag. The epitome of efficiency, I love that!”
“Clean and pleasant place to do laundry. Can be busy on the weekends, but I have always been able to find a washer. The laundry attendant keeps the place clean and free of trash. There is WiFi available, and about 50% of the washers take credit/debit cards. None of the dryers take cards, so bring quarters if drying. Change machine on site.”

“I've been RV traveling all over the West coast and this is the nicest laundromat facility I've visited so far. Super clean and all the machines are working. Parking lot is decently big enough for a medium sized RV.”
“Always easy… usually very clean. Feel safe there versus some other places in the past. Not sure if the Wi-Fi is set up or not but I like doing my laundry there. The phone app is awesome ! Turns out the dryers will dry most everything in only 30 mins ! I can do all my laundry for under $15 and it’s like 8 loads / 3 big bags.”

Their ability to hem jeans is awesome (separate price points for straight hem and for "original look" hem. The family is courteous land knowledgeable and completes all services in a timely manner. “The laundromat is clean. Although there are many machines that are out of order, those that do work clean and dry well.
So, before loading a machine, check for tape over the coin slot—an indication it doesn’t.
Side note: it’s difficult to determine the cost of the washing machines.”
“Close by, very clean, detergent, change maker, and new machines that take coins and card both. It’s next to Starbucks and very near many restaurants in case you get hungry or thirsty. There’s also two grocery stores. Definitely a winning location and a professional place.”

“Nice enough, however you think it costs $5 for a load, but if you need to do a load in hot water or anything else besides the base setting, it makes it more expensive. I don't like that feature since they are small machines. I could have done 1 huge load at Spin Cycle for $10 instead of 2 loads for $13 here, but I didn't have time to go over there.”

“The Wash and Dry full service Laundromat is located to the left side of the building of Nob Hill in Scott's Valley, CA. Extremely clean, well managed place to wash/dry your clothes, vending machine for snacks, quarters for machines or pay electronically, plenty of parking, nicely decorated and all machines were working.
