I arrived at the urgent care at 7:22pm. Online it lists the place is open till 8pm. My son was having an asthma attack and was having distressed breathing, they refused to treat him and help us because we were 2 min past 7:20pm. It was absurd. I then had to take my son who couldn’t breathe 40 min to Kaiser Santa Clara emergency room under their recommendation. All over 2 min. That is unacceptable and inhumane to not help a 2 year old having breathing distress. The treatment he needed would have taken 15min. There was no one in the waiting room and I couldn’t see any patients there. Maybe they would be forced to stay at work until there closing time? They wanted us to go to the disgusting emergency room full of very sick people (Covid, RSV, the list goes on) with my baby already struggling to breathe. There was no good reason to not help my choking son. I’m thoroughly disgusted.

Kaiser is an absolute nightmare. While trying to get a new therapist, I’ve had to go through three intake appointments (at the end of each one, I was told the next appointment would be clinical, and every next appointment was ANOTHER INTAKE!?).
I had to go to an outside provider and pay $450 to get prescriptions, because Kaiser wouldn’t allow a doctor to fill my meds (which are extremely important that I keep taking and don’t miss a dose) until I completed intake ??♀️
I miss having Medi-Cal. I had awesome doctors and personalized care for 15 years. I’m thankful my work offers insurance, but MAN, Kaiser tried pretty hard to make sure patients don’t get what they need ?

I waited months for this appt, went in for severe PMS pain and saw Melinda Lauren Marshall and my symptoms were dismissed by my own female doctor. I was appalled by how I was talked down to. Especially when I was told the solution was drugs I stated 3 times I’ve had horrible reactions to or to just completely remove my female organs. I was told by her “What are you looking for, a magic pill or something?!” When I simply was trying to learn about how and why this pain could even be there, as it can get unbearable. I ended up paying for an appointment in which no service was provided, no exam was completed because I didn’t feel comfortable, and I left in tears.

Dr. Marshall is a wonderful and thorough Doctor. I appreciate the clarity of her explanations, and how she helped me understand the results of my scans, bloodwork and diagnosis.
She really put my mind at ease and explained my options.
She did not seem in a rush and I could feel that she really cared for me and understood my concern. She also has been wonderful in her follow-up care with me.

Dr. Lee is an Amazing Optometrist that takes the time to help his patients and provides "down to earth" explanations and insightful answers to all questions asked. He is a "diamond in the ruff" and I hope he never leaves!!

There’s small clinics there Kaiser they have now they have to have better equipment. Otherwise they have to tell their customer first that they don’t have a full cleaning. This is more clinics is not helping us at all in order for me to have my treatment. I have to go to a bigger hospital,

Probably more to do with time of day but was seen very quickly and x-ray was taken before so didn't have to be seen then x-ray then wait to be seen again
