So this was my first real estate transaction and the stakes were high for me. Divorced and had to get out of my house quickly, its around the holidays and I am not trying to disrupt my kids life more than it already has been. I found a house that was PERFECT for me BUT it was for rent. I was getting ready to tour it and when I went to confirm that I wanted the house the owner decided to sell it! I was panicked. I wanted that house so bad and so I hired Malaka from 360 to represent me for the purchase. She was so understanding of my situation and was thinking about me and my kids the whole time, what an angel. Now this turned out to be the most intense back and forth process, the owner and the agent on the other side were so unreasonable (and if you ask me delusional). Honestly at some points I wished she could prescribe me anti anxiety meds because I was LOSING it. Malaka maintained her composure and was so skilled at playing the real estate game it was so impressive to watch. She had a reason for every move it was like watching a high stakes chess match. At one point I was willing to just give them everything they wanted to just get it over with and she had my best interest at heart and would not let me pay a penny over my asking price. Cool as a cucumber that one was, while I was just melting. Anyway, Malaka held firm with calculated composure and then the owner caved and I got exactly what I wanted. I am SO grateful for her because as I sit here in my new house and look back at the experience, had I paid a penny more I would have had serious buyers remorse. Sometimes I sit here and am like this house is beautiful but I am so glad I didn't pay X. This is a huge decision and its super personal. I am soooooooooooo grateful for Malaka and the 360 team; truly skilled. She crushed it for me and I would a million percent recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the state of CA.

If I could give Jennifer 100 stars I would. Jennifer is amazing and we were so lucky to work with her for buying our very first home. We never would have found our dream home in our budget if it wasn't for her. She was incredible responsive and flexible. She is also extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of home buying and willing to get down and dirty inspecting every corner of houses and making sure we know exactly what we are getting. Thank you so much Jennifer!!

My boyfriend and I recently got our dream house thanks to Jennifer, from the get go we new she was somebody we could trust to have our best interest. She would always look into every detail whenever we showed interest on a property to ensure it was worth submitting an offer. We are very happy with our new home all thanks to Jennifer!

Jennifer Gilberg was the most awesome realtor I've ever dealt with. Not having owned my own home for some time she walked me through every step of the way, including helping me obtain homeowner's insurance which became very difficult in Santa Cruz because of the fires. She is very detailed, observant to your needs and made this purchase so smooth I felt no need to worry about everything getting done. She did it! I highly recommend her!

It was absolutely wonderful working with Jennifer! She was always available to speak with us as well as tour homes (we toured over 25), and she made us feel comfortable asking as many questions as we wished. We just purchased our first home, and Jennifer walked us through that entire process and helped us have fewer headaches than we definitely would have had without her guidance. Jen helped my family buy and sell our first house, and I can't recommend her highly enough. Her communication is always timely, and she went out of her way on several occasions to help us through the process. I recently bought my first home, and Jennifer was my realtor. I started working with her approximately two years ago, and in those two years, we made about five offers on different homes in Santa Cruz and Monterey County. She was always open to questions and quick to respond to any of my inquiries. Not sure why, but either my dad (the person I leaned on to help me determine if the home was worth the investment) or I were always traveling when I was interested in making an offer on a home – she worked around that no problem! It's not a joke.That's why we've talked with dozens of licensed realtors working in the Santa-Cruz area and carefully picked Jennifer Gilberg to help us purchase our first home.Once we met her it was a no brainer, here's why:- She treated our goals as her highest priority, paying attention to every detail.- She speaks the language of real estate business. Just a fancy way of saying that she knows how to close. This is a huge one. You have to have an agent who knows how to get it across the finish line.- We had 0 communication barriers, no confusion at all.
