“I came in on a Friday morning at opening and there was several people waiting with me. When the doors opened the staff got everyone checked in quickly and without issue. I waited my turn which took 15 minutes but the staff was all helping someone and it wasn't that bad of a wait. Francisco helped me and we ran into several annoying tech issues with transferring my old phone to new phone. Francisco was friendly and helped several people during my phone updates and reboots. It was an annoying process but most everyone I saw working with customers was kind and efficient. It was a lovely experience and I think Francisco gave great service very professional and very personable.”

But I still want to give a good rating, the employees working there did EVERYTHING they could, fighting through a system that did not want to cooperate with them, I give 5 stars for the employees and minus one cause the system they have to deal with isn't great”
