My haircut turned out choppy on one side and the bottom half is not connected or blended with the top. When I called today to set up getting it fixed, the manager Aaron started laughing on the phone. Vienna took over the call and had me come in right away so she could fix it. At first it was okay, but then she blamed my hair for sitting heavy. I thought the fix for that would be some blending. She told me I just needed to let it grow. I had high hopes going in because the shop has great ratings. I wish I could leave five stars because she was so nice the first time. I now basically have a choppy mullet. There's no fixing it.

I cannot rave about Vienna enough. If you have curly hair, she is the one to go to. I haven't met a hairdresser who is as mindful about attention to detail as she is. I've been going to her for about 1.5/2 years now, and I can't imagine going to anyone else.
I get a layered look with bangs, usually 2 inches off the bottom. I go every 3 months. I have very thick, wavy to curly hair.

I started going to Ideal Hair Salon about a year ago. My stylist is Vienna. She listens and has solutions to reaching my goal. The receptionist, Robyn, is so amazing. She's always upbeat, friendly and helpful. The owner, Lori, has chosen a great 'staff' and keeps the salon decorated with her beautiful works of art. You won't regret going there.

Amazing!!! First of all the interior of the salon is spectacular. All the staff there are kind and sweet people. Haircut wise top notch ask for something and got exactly what I wanted!! Hairstylist there the best I've ever had. Would highly recommend going here 5/5

Every time I have gone to ideal, it am listened to and respected. I often ask for the boring hair treatment-just a trim/take as little off as possible, and that is exactly what i get. I honestly believe this is the ONLY salon I have ever been to that actually listens to “just a trim”, and i can always feel the healthy difference in my hair quality after the small trim. Secondly, my hair is handled with care and undivided attention which transpires fantastic energy. Thank you for always restoring my faith in getting my hair professionally cut.Service: Haircut

I recently had my hair teased into a bouffant (I love the retro look), then just popped into Ideal while I was doing errands in Scotts Valley to have it de-tangled, washed, and blown out. Vienna did a wonderful job of gently removing the teasing without damaging my hair, washing my hair, then blowing it out perfectly straight and silky smooth. The whole process was relaxing but also quick as Vienna works efficiently. I loved it so much I plan to go in as much as possible...looks so much better than when I wash my hair at home!
