Worst customer service I have ever had. I have now attempted 3 times to do my taxes with them. Had a phone appointment scheduled for 6 pm and they even called to confirm. Never got a call. Called the office twice and they kept saying I would get a call from Zina. Never got a message or a call. It's been 1 month since I submitted my taxes with them. Needless to say I will never use them or recommend them. Worst experience I've had. Apparently the first guy who did was doing my taxes quit and no one ever notified me. Said my taxes were in process. Zero stars. Do not go here

Tim is great & I enjoy working with him, but the phone system is terrible. Not only was there no answer at the Scotts Valley office most of the times I tried to call, but when I left messages with whatever office did answer, I never received a call back to address the message I left. It became very frustrating & I had to make a specific trip to the office to ask questions.

The employees at H&R Block in Scott's Valley answered my questions quickly (set up an appt. right away) and were extremely helpful and friendly.

Mary Lynne was so extremely helpful as trying to file taxes while in a domestic partnership is so complicated. I definitely would have done it wrong!
