Gina is an outstanding agent, she went above and beyond. And... not only did she go that proverbial extra mile but she went that extra 100 miles! It was clear from our first meeting that Gina had the most experience, a deep understanding of the Santa Cruz and Bay Area markets, and was very well connected. She was also very personable.Gina understood strengths and weaknesses of our property and neighborhood, knew the type of buyer to which it would appeal, and developed a pricing and marketing strategy that ultimately resulted in multiple offers at our asking price. This, despite a very challenging market for sellers. We were also particularly impressed with how hard she worked for us. She worked on our schedule fielding offers, producing counter offers, and hosting conference calls late in the evening, early in the morning, and on weekends.We feel very strongly that Gina is the best of the best in Santa Cruz County.

Gina is a rock star.I was tempted to leave it at that, but some details are necessary.My property was fully functional but in need of some serious renovation, remodeling, and updating. It was a complex job that was supposed to take two months. It took eight! (Work was completed after escrow closed...) Gina turned into the nitty-gritty inspector and did walkthroughs with the contractor multiple times. It would have driven me absolutely nuts, but Gina kept plugging along and making sure things were done correctly.Finally, we listed and sold in three weeks, at above asking.Look no further. Sign with Gina! 'Nuf said.
