I've known this store's owner for years, especially during its peak years, only to see it truly struggle, going downhill at an accelerated rate. Today was the straw that broke the camel's back, as I went to buy booster's of MTG, and they were overcharging for packs, nearly double the cost for a Commander Masters pack! The store is in disarray, and the demeanor of the staff running it, including the ownership's lack of motivation, is a cataclysmic failure. The theft that is broadcast amongst patrons, the blatant overcharging, and the piles of garbage, is why I don't ever want to go back in! I've tried to support him, in cash versus card, as I heard him sternly instruct some guests in front of me, but him stealing from customers is fair? Your choice!

Dear owners, I suggest you answer your phone and record a brief outgoing voicemail message for you customers. You have lost three potential business transactions with me since Christmas time because I called to find out if you had something in stock. The telephone is the most expeditious way for customers to obtain information from you, despite it seeming archaic to some people these days.

Great little game shop, if you like table top or quirky board games they've got something up your alley, also they have great deals on MTG cards.

The staff is knowledgeable, they have a selection of games, and tables for open play. It could really use some reorigination and a big spring cleaning. Glad I stopped in for some magic cards.
