The discount store is lack of maintenance, and there's cracked ground floor here and there. The staff here is friendly although slow with checking out.

Aloha,This store is best of Dollar Tree's from Santa Cruz to Scotts Valley! They are cleanest, nicest product viewing shelves, open and clean bathrooms, and kindest employees. I am glad I came here yesterday while my dog was being groomed and was able to geta basket full of great deals. Thank you Scotts Valley Dollar Tree employees for your hard work keeping your store so clean and organized so we customers can see things on shelves so easily and enjoy shopping there.Mahalo,Donna ?

Whoa this is the nicest cleanest most organized Dollar Tree Ive been to. Super clean and everything isn't all over the place. Lady at the register was nice too. Minus points only for the limited selection, but mission was accomplished getting a wine bottle opener. Bonuses were Uno Go! and Spicy Miso instant ramen lol

Good things and cheaper than in other stores but what I saw in this store is that not all things are $1.25 anymore and some are 2 / 3 / 4 and 5 dollars

Went in to Dollar Tree for a few items I was plesently surprised at how neat and clean the store is all employees were working hard. Then I got to the register was greeted with a nice smile and a friendly hello. Thank you Heidi the cashier. All managers should visit this store for training. Thanks Dollar Tree...
