“Nice selection of collectibles. Modern store, similar to the one in Palo Alto. The drive on Highway 17 is an excellent mountain course. Stay Frosty and Alert.”

“It's a target and sparkling clean and new. They had staff towards the front so I could ask where something was and get in and out. Self check out made it even faster.”

“We are lucky to have a great little local shop in the Santa Cruz Mountains. They have a great variety of styles in different things and if they don't have it... not to worry, they will make you whatever you want from a wall of choices. The owners have changed a couple times over the years but all of them have been great, friendly, and super accommodating. It's nice to have great service!”

“My only complaint is that I can’t check my balance or pay my bill in the store! I forgot my cellphone and I was wanting to see the amount I could spend! There wasn’t a phone in the store I could use to call for my balance. A courtesy phone to check your balance would be a nice touch. Otherwise great!”

“Amazing staff! I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I spent a good amount of time browsing and was genuinely surprised by the selection! I was looking for a nice pair of sweats and a zip up hoodie, they had so many options to choose from. Loved that they had a wide variety of sizes available too. I ended up going with a black classic hoodie and a pair of sweats pants, I also snagged a few stickers and a patch at check out for my niece! The prices were great for what I was getting. When checking out the cashier was super helpful and made sure to let me know about their exchange policies. All around a great experience, everyone was so nice and helped direct me to what I was looking for. Will be back for sure!”

“Fairly big selection of Men's and Women's clothes and shoes, of all sizes, house-wares, Kitchen-wares and appliances, smaller furniture, electronics, jewelry, perfume/cologne and Snacks and candy, kids toys and a bunch of other random stuff. It's all pretty good quality, name brand stuff (for the most part). The employees are kinda hit and miss, some being very helpful and some the total opposite, acting like you just ruined their day by asking them questions or for help in any way. They have clothing changing rooms and a public bathroom and are very accommodating when it comes to exchanges or even just giving you store credit for your return if you don't have or lost the receipt for some reason. It is a store best suited for people on a moderate to lower budget and for the quality of most products (which is good to really good in my opinion. I would absolutely recommend anyone shop there, but don't get discouraged if you do get dealt a subpar customer service experience, because that is rarety, not the norm. Good store. Check it out ?”

“Relatively clean, lots of clothes for men, and a big variety of products. I usually get lotion and body wash here. Name brands at low costs. Usually very busy but have enough staff to keep the line moving.”

“This is a small Macy's. I grew up in this county and didn't know how big Macy's stores could be. I unfortunately will drive to Westfield Mall Macy's because there are more options for everything Macy's has. Nice store in Capitol Mall.”

“Love this place in Capitola! They have lot’s of interesting stuff. Within the city proper as well. You should definitely visit if you’re visiting Santa Cruz and have something to buy!”
