I only use Chevron in my motorcycles unless there's not one near me when I need fuel.

I am so disappointed in this gas station. I had a car full of kids traveling from Sacramento to Santa Cruz and we got a flat tire. The guy working was so rude-I called roadside assistance and they asked for the zip code of where we were located. I asked the guy and he told me to go across the street to the other gas station. I could not believe how horribly rude this guy was. He would not help us at all-in fact went out of his way to ignore us. Completely unbelievable.....

We just filled up at the Chevron station here in Scotts Valley on Scotts Valley Drive. The owner is so rude. We had a gift card and he wouldn't even give us a receipt for it. When we asked to use the bathrooms he snapped and said they are only for customers and I looked at him like what are we?? Then when my aunt wanted to use the restroom he acted like we were disturbing him he was more concerned about going out to his car then being customer oriented this guy is a j*** a total j**** I would never come back here again unless you absolutely have to you will regret the day you came in and use the Chevron. Horrible experience I wish I could give him a -5 stars. We have been using chevron for at least 65 years and I've never had such terrible service. I'm going to contact Chevron corporate next.

Such a rude cashier, I arrived at 2:10 pm and we wanted to put gas and use the restroom. But i noticed a big sing on the entrance door that said “No public restrooms” so I went ahead while my husband was getting the money. He stopped me and said “you cannot use the restroom unless you are customers” with an attitude. I said my husband is getting the money, he’s coming and he answered “ok make it fast”!! Hurry up, hurry up!! We won’t be back here.

Older dude that works here is extremely rude. I've worked a lot of retail, so it takes a lot for me to make a complaint, as I always try and give the benefit of the doubt. This guy could hardly be bothered to look up from his phone while I waited at the counter. I asked for two packs of Camel Crush Menthols, to which he replied "blue or green." I said they were always changing the packaging (true, and a bit annoying) so I wasn't sure, but whatever one said Camel Crush Menthol on it. He gestured at the display, and I said that I couldn't read it from that far away. He grabs all the packs of Camels and slams them down on the counter, without saying a word. I pointed to the one which said exactly what I had asked for on it. He said nothing for the rest of the transaction. He also did not ID me, and although I'm over 21 I look young and get carded almost everywhere. I'll never go back to this location, this guy has a major attitude problem that was entirely unprovoked. I'm always polite, his behavior was completely uncalled for. I could also barely understand the few words he did say, which didn't bother me but he was extremely irritated that I couldn't understand him. This guy is costing you business, I guarantee it.

My car was damaged in their car wash. The manager on duty was helpful- we filled out a report and took pictures but I have yet to receive a call about repairs. I've called and gone back in for assistance with no result.

One of mechanics there who wears glasses is a selfish douche bag. He couldn't even help me remove the nail out of my tire or let me use his pliers so I can do it myself in front of him.

Was wanting to stock up on gas before a long road trip. And they were completely closed down at 8:45 a decent amount of time before the noted closing hours.

Thank you, Scott's Valley Chevron. For when I was broken, you fixed me. When I was crumbling, you made me whole. When I was hurting, you ameliorated my pain. Basically I knew that "out of order" sign on the bathroom was BS. And as a woman with an overactive bladder and a penchant for drinking water regularly sometimes must do I stared that cashier straight in the eye and was like, "Is that bathroom really out of order, bro?" "You can use it." With a wink and all. So you know it's real... Creepy. And from the bottom of my heart as much as I hate and am disturbed by winks and people who feel comfortable doling them out, I will never forget that cashier's kindness because I was able to relieve myself and get my life. So thank you.

Typical gas station, nothing special.I would say it's one of the nicer once I have seen. But man the pumps are slow. If your tank is almost empty, it takes forever to get it full.

We were on the way to Santa Cruz when my car decided to snooze. Turns out it was out of gas, and a gas station we did not pass. We called AAA and much to our hooray, they came to our aid without getting paid. But we needed more, so we headed to Chevron's door. This gas station had rad 80's decor, an old coca-cola clock and so much more. We were there around three-thirty and the bathroom was really dirty. So just stop by for some petrol, the inside will make you ROFL.
