She gave us an excellent quote with no points which persuaded us to go with her. We closed with the excellent rate with no points. We had a slightly unusual financial situation which the larger lenders were unwilling to accommodate when we were looking for a loan. Lynn at Bay Equity was happy to take a closer look at our situation and work with us to get us the loan we wanted in the time frame we needed.
