They never answer the phone at this location and it seems every time I need to speak with a representative, the appointments are not available for weeks out at a time.

Several times I have come to this location always with a bank teller who has an attitude, rude and rushing to get back to watching videos on their phone! It’s each time I deal with this bank location! It’s the worst if I can give it less stars I would. The manchild threw my paperwork at the supervisor to complete my transaction! I won’t be surprised if they were all fired due to incompetence and mismanagement also lazy. Before you enter this bank, just turn around and walk to another bank with better people with better attitudes than here!!!!

Bank of America in general isn't great but the Scotts Valley branch has very limited hours of service, refuses to make appointments now and doesn't even have a phone appointment option. I want to close my accounts and it seems next to impossible to get it done in person. Their customer service is atrocious. I have moved to Chase and their customer service is amazing especially in comparison to BofA!

This bank sucks. One Teller and 7-10 people waiting single file in line. I tried to book an appointment to see a Banker, but the Bank of America Appointment Site was broken. I had to go in person to make an appointment for the next day. The next day I waited for the banker to get there to his desk. There was another "customer" their waiting as well, but they didn't have an appointment, still they allowed this other person to take up my whole appointment time, so I needed to book a new appointment, the "banker" looked on his computer and could not find another appointment slot for the next day, then suddenly realized that the first "appointment maker" at the bank had screwed up and booked me for the next day as well...wow their own incompetence came in handy this time. What a Joke, I need to get my money out of there!!!

The tellers are rude to customers. They’re also extremely outdated asking customers to fill out a paper deposit slip when you go inside to deposit with a teller… B of A will let you take a photo of a check to deposit on your phone, but in person with ID, there is a paper deposit slip?

My review has nothing to do with the drive-through but yes with 4 attempts of requiring a new debit card. 3rd of these were by app, what never came and 4th with the website which, guess what? Never came to my address too. I have my address completely right and Idk what’s happening. I really need a new debit card from 4 months ago (or more). Pls, if there’s any report about a delivery, let me know once I can’t even check with the usps bc I don’t know if really had an attempting of delivery.

Do not open an account at the Scotts Valley BofA!! Today I was treated with extreme disrespect by the "Relationship Manager" Alex Ferreira. It was a very minor issue that I was dealing with and I was not happy with his response. I asked to speak to a manager but apparently Alex Ferreira, does not have a supervisor as he said that there was no one else to help me. Alex spent more time playing with his gold rimmed glasses than paying attention to the issue that I was trying to deal with. He encouraged me to withdraw my funds and take them elsewhere!! Unfortunately for BofA customers, Alex Ferreira said that there is no other supervisor at Bank of America other than him.
