AV Now has the BEST customer service around! They help you set up your equipment and any time you have a tech problem they are there to assist you by walking you through the steps to figure out the problem. Buying my audio equipment from them is worth every penny because I know I can set up a call to get help for anything I need. Thank you Jon and tech crew!

I just can't say enough about this company. I purchased a mixer and wireless mic setup in early/mid covid and they totally held my hand in helping me transition to online classes. THEN, just today, in late 2022 -- over a year after that purchase -- and after a recent zoom update totally scrambled my system (overrode several key settings to unhelpful defaults for my purposes), I was able to set up a FREE half hour call for tech support that literally just held my hand through a full check of the system. Totally painless. Jon was so friendly and patient, and thanks to him, I am looking forward to class tomorrow for the first time in weeks! Thank you again, Jon, and AV Now!

I'm long time customer of theirs. From mics to sound systems, they have what you need, and will get it to you quickly. And in the fitness business, things go wrong and their scheduled tech calls worked a miracle for me. I can't say enough good things about the business as a whole--from their online catalog and ordering, to their customer service.

Jon and AV Now Fitness Sound rock! When I decided to order a mixer to help my Zoom Nia classes receive a better sound quality and music & choreography match, I had no idea I was also getting an amazing tech helper! He has helped me navigate every step of the way, guiding gently and clearly communicating what to do, even when I had to recently switch from a PC to a MAC. He KNOWS and understands what is required of a dedicated fitness teacher and he will do everything to help solve whatever issues you are having. The USB Mixer (complete with all the cords I needed) I got continues to work beautifully in its 2nd year of zooming! Thanks to Jon I have let go of those "Tech Terrors"! I highly recommend AV Now Fitness Sound!
