Was passing through with generator issue. They were able to get me right in to diagnose and repair. Mike, a true RV system specialist, was extremely helpful and explained the issue and the repair required. The repair was made in short order and quality workmanship. Tim was very accommodating to offer assistance to a traveller in need. Recommend All RV Service and Repair 👍

Needed a little custom work on my simulator hub caps they were gracious enough to take 5 minutes get it done didn't bother to charge me which I really appreciated. Just nice to see some old fashion courteous service thanks guys!

Not very pleasant to do business with. They were supposed to sanitize our freshwater system and hot water heater. When I used the water the next day, I got hives from it and realized it was full of suds that probably contained lots of bleach. It took my husband and I two hours to flush the system properly and figure out how to do it. It took three tank loads of water to flush it clean. The hot water drain valve was leaking where it hadn't been before we brought it in so we also had to fix that ourselves. The hot water vent cover was broken and hanging off too. When I called for a refund on that service and stated the reason kindly that the job hadn't been completed, there was absolutely no apology, but rather arrogance and an annoyed tone and I was told it was a simple fix and we could have towed it back to him to do that (would've cost my husband two hours of time to in order to do that, though!) Very poor customer service overall.

I took my RV in two days ago and the owner son Tim was such a jerk and tried to bash me on Facebook and tag his friends and family to react to it when I was looking for a local place to help me because I didn't want him to work on it.He's very unprofessional and rude and told me that my RV was disgusting and dirty I also had to block him from my phone cause he would not stop texting me and talk to the adjuster. He harasses women.what kind of a business owner treats their customers like this. Look at his other reviews he has done this numerous times to his customers. I don't know how he's still in business. I had my rv towed to another shop.

Trying to get assistance identifying a part that I wanted to order from him if he could get the part quickly, and he was nothing but rude and evasive. I let him know that all the labels are worn or missing, I said I had pictures, asked if he could help me identify the part so I could order, and his reply was “I can’t help you if you can’t identify the part” and then he hung up. If he’s the expert, he should be able to help a customer identify the correct part. What a rude @sshat.

The fellow who runs this place is a liar. He won't talk on the phone and requires email, then claims he has not said what he has put in writing. I wouldn't return to this business for any reason. The good comments here are either from friends and family or of some other business. Unbelievably bad behavior and manners. Life is too short for this clown's behavior. Caveat emptor.

I was in the market for a camper van and needed a pre purchase inspection. The price quoted was $187/hr for a 4 hour job and this amount had to be prepaid. I accepted these terms. After about an hour I received a phone call from the owner explaining the condition and his recommendation not to purchase. I was grateful for this. He went on to say that since they had only worked for an hour he would refund me the difference of $561. This refund has not materialized after numerous ignored phone calls, texts and payment requests through the payment application. I do not recommend this business due to the failure of his agreement to me.

I took my horse trailer in to get my ramp repaired. (It was a mess) Tim and his staff did a fabulous job. They kept me posted on the progress via text. They got it done in 4 days! They were very courteous and did excellent quality work. Highly recommend!!!
