first, they started not letting people in because there was too long of a line when there was only two people in there, then started to mop the floor when there was a whole line of people and wouldn’t let people in. Why are you mopping the floor in the middle of the day? Kick my mom out because she was trying to get a water. only had two flavors and wouldn’t even fill up the cup all the way. Couldn’t put the lid on, kept dropping the cups when she was trying to fill them up. other lady was screaming at people and being rude. overall bad customer service bad experience never going back to that 7-Eleven.

So, it's been a long time since someone was rude enough at a store to make me write negative review, but the manager of this store, I believe her name is "Genie" did it. She has been so consistently mean and angry that I finally told her to stop being rude, to which she replied, "I'm a grown woman", I suppose meaning that she can be rude if she wants. If she's a grown woman, she should act like one. This person should not be in any position of authority.

This place isn't open 24 hours. Don't come after 10:00 PM; they don't want to do business. Don't waste your fuel; it's expensive now.

Lately everytime I come to this 7-Eleven in Scotts Valley, it's closed!It's 10:20p Sunday 2/25/24 & the doors are locked! Again!If it's Not going to be 24 hours, then at least post the hours on the door & update your hours here on Google Maps, so I'm not wasting my gas & time coming here.

Beware of this location. They overcharge for everything. They tried to charge me the synthetic price when I was trying to purchase a synthetic blend oil. Employees follow shady business practices. Would avoid this location.

I came to the store today and the cashier was outside smoking marijuana, he walked in after he was done smoking and when I asked him if I could pay for my items he ignored me, I asked him again and he told me "I could just wait a minute" and I told him that I didn't think he heard me because he didn't acknowledge me the first time. At that point I told him I changed my mind and no longer wanted to buy the items and I left. The cashier was extremely rude and should not be working in customer service and getting high in the job. Very unprofessional and disappointed.

I love coming to this 7-11. I live on the East side of Santa Cruz, and I drive the 20 minutes to this specific location, not just because they are one of the stores that carries the type of cigarettes I buy, but, also because I am always treated like a friend when I go in there. The bad reviews I've read of this 7-11 are confusing to me... In general, people treat you in the same way you treat them. So, for the people that seem to think there are "rude" employees here, it may be good for you to think about how you're coming off to other people, first.
