This is a wonderful mail service. I have used them for over three years now as I moved from the US. Lisa does a fantastic job storing my mail and also informing me if anything important comes in. She will scan and send it to me if important. I highly recommend them for all your mail service and secure post box needs.Angela

There service at Travellers Mailbag is excellent! We have used this business for at least eight years and have not had one complaint. Lisa, the owner is always there. She is professional, cheerful and will go out of her way to be helpful. Mail is promptly in our box, we can call and ask if something has been delivered yet, saving a trip if it is not there yet. When traveling we know our mail will be safe and there when we return. We do not need to worry about packages disappearing from our doorstep, they will be safely at Travellers Mailbag. I highly recommend this business. It is a great, reasonably priced service that we continue to appreciate.

Last I checked this was the "traveller's" mailbag so why do they judge travelers and call them homeless? These immature freaks slander and gossip about their customers in a demeaning fashion.. well i heard john & lisa live on a boat so arent they considered homeless??? The tiny mailroom can barely function. Overpriced disgrace. Forget it. They need help.

This is an amazing service! John and Lisa are both warm and courteous while handling an armload of requests and mail services. Very professional and organized . They have been a tremendous help to me as I have moved to Central America. I get very little actual mail, but when something important comes through John or Lisa always contact me promptly to make arrangements to scan or forward mail to me. I can't say enough good things about this business!!

I'm disgusted by johns comment on a previous review. This isn't a psychologist office. How dare they say anything about a customers mental health and talk about private matters concerning their family online. None of that matters regardless. Terrible service.

As you all can now see from Johns absolutely absurd comment on my review; that they are falsely judging me and proving how disrespectful they truly are. I do not live in a homeless encampment, I am not homeless and I do not have any mental health issues: I have informed them that these wild exclaims they are saying about me are untrue after Lisa said these lies about me, [laughing] infront of me, to the women in the business across from them after unlawfully telling me that my mail service was terminated at the travelers mailbag, that I have paid for till the end of the month, because I was questioning about my recently lost or stolen package, yet both John and lisa CONTINUE to lie and slander me, to my knowledge, to others at the mailbag and on yelp; wrongfully assuming where I live and my mental health, telling others that I have a serious and specific mental health disorder (I do not) and therefore abusing a young mother in more ways than im comfortable mentioning. USPS has confirmed with me [prior to Lisa telling me that I could not recieve mail anymore at the Travelers Mailbag] that the USPS [next to mollie stones] did NOT accidentally recieve my package as John had previously suggested. USPS confirmed that it was SCANNED and delivered @ the travelers mailbag as my tracking number clearly stated ! After confirming this (again) I simply relayed what USPS had told me to John with the hopes of finding my lost or stolen package (John never asked for a tracking number) from the travelers mailbag as it was a one of a kind ceramic piece. So, because of that they terminated my mail service, and they attack and slander me! At the time when Lisa was unlawfully terminating my mail service I walked to my car but she continued to come towards me, attacking me, while slandering me (to the women in the business across from them).. while being attacked with my package still lost or stolen I didn't know what else to do besides call the police. Such unprofessionallism. This is not an okay response or behavior for a practical mailing issue or with regards to many of those who actually do or dont suffer from mental health issues or who are or are not experiencing homelessness and unfortunately this is not uncommon behavior(s) (gaslighting, judging, condescending, slandering..) for others that I know of at the travelers mailbag to experience from John and Lisa. I am not lieing about anything I have stated in my review including about John opening my package illegally without my permission [this happened a month or so prior to loosing said package]. Thankyou for proving me right and giving me more evidence for the defamation lawsuit with your comment(s) John. now the world can see the true colors at the travelers mailbag! I want to add that they are not serving the anchor out community what so ever and are overpriced. USPS would never! P.S I was not planning to extend my time at the travelers mailbag because of all the different instances of terrible service prior to the unlawful "termination".

If I could give this business 10 stars I would! This was my first time ordering a courier service and John was amazing! Not only did the Travellers Mailbag give us the lowest quote of the three companies I called, but also gave us amazing service. He accommodated our delivery schedule and arrived right on time to deliver our boxes. I definitely would call John again if I ever need a courier service. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for courier service in Marin. John went above and beyond and even delivered my boxes to San Francisco.

John and Lisa take excellent care of all my mailing needs. Local business, incredibly friendly, and they haven’t dropped the ball even once in all the years we’ve been together.They were also calling themselves “essential workers” from COVID day 1, long before anyone else used the term, in order to ensure everyone’s deliveries continued despite all the uncertainties of the pandemic.Pro tip for new clients: be thoughtful, don’t leave your packages lying around forever.Why would anyone ever go anywhere else?

I have been with Travellers Mailbag for more than six years. John and Lisa deliver personal service to everyone, especially the Sausalito Houseboat Community. I use the 3020 Bridgeway address for my business and personally for my own security and for the prestige of the address. Many of us travel for work or visit children abroad. It is wise not to have packages and mail pile up at home. John and Lisa can be trusted to forward mail, hold mail, alert us to urgent messages and even deposit checks. Our packages are safe with them. They know each customer personally and continue to add services that compete with the national companies but at a far more competitive price and friendly service. Recently I received notice from the IRS of an audit. John immediately scanned the materials for me, including a power of attorney for my accountant to expedite my representation while I am out of country. Life saver.
