Please take the products out of the locked containers. I press the button for assistance, and time after time nobody comes to assist. This used to be my go-to store. Now it's purely a hassle. Why not have someone at the door to check receipts, like at Costco? Will feel like a family store, and give a personal touch.

I went to this specific store to try and buy an Apple iPhone 15 as an existing Consumer Cellular customer. I approached an employee in the store with my inquiry, and he didn't speak English. I was ok with that because that is a store issue of which I was already aware. He was good enough to try and get another employee who I believe was the store supervisor that day. Keeping in mind I was unaware of this process, the store supervisor (a young woman) curtly told me they did not have Consumer Cellular reps at this store and that I needed to go to the San Rafael store. I of course looked puzzled because-again-I was unaware of any of this. I do not know how any of this works. She then did the "HAVE A GREAT DAY!" line on me like I was some store Karen that she wanted to be rid of! I was very patient and very well behaved, but just surprised and had this "just trying to understand you" look. I guess she does deal with a lot of Karens at that store since she threw that line at me as if she was trying to do an offensive block at what she I guess thought was an oncoming Karen response from me...that did not materialize, as I was polite and I quietly ingested her advice, thanked her politely, and moved on. That store really needs to shape up-definitely the worst of all the Target stores I've been to in the Bay Area. Their employees and management really need to be revamped...pretty low class store...

Please hire more employees if you are going to lock everything up! Not the employees fault but by the time they come and unlock whatever you are waiting for everyone always seems to be pretty frustrated!

My apologies to the few staff members that were working, but this is the absolute worst Target I've ever visited. It's not the team members' fault, as they were doing their best, they were just either too new or just lacking management. I had to pick up an internet order, midday on a weekday. The area were I would think was the spot to pick up, was littered with half-full carts, and clutter. There was an order shopper or runner behind the counter, but he was clearly not an employee. He looked irritated because he was trying to navigate the mess. I waited and waited, then asked a clerk at the register, and she told me to go wait in another line behind everyone else. And that didn't feel like the right choice. The man she was waiting on either worked for a company that does returns for people, or he was a scammer with stolen goods, because there were boxes all over her register and and she couldn't figure out what he was returning. So... I wait in another line, and the customers were not in good spirits because of the wait and the confusion. Staff from Starbucks was called over to help, and they were not really up to it. I finally get to the register and she said "oh, you need to go over to the counter (where I was originally,) and then she said "go back to the line over there, (the one where the woman told me to go to THIS line!). I gave up, to the amusement of others caught up in this CF (ifkyk). WORST experience at Target. I'll have to go back and hope that I can get my item. Get it together, Target. New managers? Or an actual manager on duty would be great.

It is disgusting to know this store hires people who discriminate against someone who has a disability. Last week , your employee : Timmy, decided to mock my autistic deaf client with the noises he made walking into store meaning he was happy to be in the store. Timmy continued to mock my client then proceeded to laugh out loud then comment "OH LOOK, there's FUCKING PROBLEM!" This is not okay. This SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED. YOU GUYS ARE DISCRIMINATING AGAINST YOUR CUSTOMERS. They regularly come in , shop and buy. I want corporate information and for them to contact me. Kara who "manages " there won't return my or emails. They rather laugh at the situation and not fix the problem. DISGUSTING.

Giordano at the Sausalito target was rude and cold, I asked how much the item he was ringing me up was and he said is this much with a bad attitude I said thats weird because it had a different ticket price where all of them are hanging He replied well that's the price I said that fine I won't take it. The whole experience at this target was awful.

Horrible Target!!! I bought a few items here at this Target today and when I got home I saw that a kitchen mat that I had bought was not with my stuff!! Argh! I do not live close enough by to go back as it was already evening time. I have called the store 15 times to try and talk to someone and NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!!I will never go to this store again except to get the kitchen mat that I paid for! WHY DOES NO ONE ANSWER THE PHONE????? HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!

Consistently sell food that is past its expiration date. After living near this Target for almost a year, I have trained myself to check every food item before checking out, after being disappointed with my purchases one too many times after getting home.Clothing section is decent but less selection in the beauty department compared to other Targets.

Terribly managed branch. Staff are very absent and it's super tough to find anyone to answer questions. Checkout takes forever and is a miserable experience. Pharmacy hours do not fit most working people hours. You are much better off using Amazon.

For a smaller sized target this was a perfect stop. Has everything such as Starbucks , pharmacy, tech , apparel , grocery and toys however the sections are drastically smaller than many targets. Never the less we found some great deals on candy.
