This souvenir clothing shop had a lot of nice Sausalito and SF clothing and totes and accessories. Costs and service was average during my Dec 28 visit. Great place to get some gifts!

Very rude service from the girl working there. Refused to help me, and felt like I was not welcome. Definitely needs new employees

Prices look good so the stuff caught our eyes. Bad customer service, even after you make purchases. Follows us around silently and, putting stuff away as if they don't want our business there, making us feel unwelcome. Nhan vien thai do loi lom lam ay.

Beautiful little town with eye catching ice cream and coffee shops. Sausalito specific dresses are really nice. Unforgettable place in anybody's tourist map.

Bad customer service, walked it, started looking at some folded shirts and an employee tried to push me out of the way and shoo away my hands. I work in retail and I understand people messing up folded tables, but touching customers and trying to push them away while barely touching the table is ridiculous.

Visited the store yesterday with colleagues after a business trip. Picked out a couple of T-shirts but the young lady there gave the worst customer services we ever experienced. Trying to get pricing information and she was too lazy to speak. Reminded her that her attitude could be better. She replied, "I can't". Well, we did bring some SF shirts home plus some experience we rather not...

PRices are pretty good on some items, though I must say Customer Service is horrible. Those girls working on floor are rude, bad tempered and never have they been taught manners. You start to look at some items and already they are taking things out of your hands and putting them back. They also follow you around the store as if you have bad intentions. Hmm :/ bad customer service!

Went to Sausalito on a bus tour. After a purchase here, my card was missing. There was a phone number on my receipt, but went to a fax tone. Absolute nightmare.

Sausalito is one of my favorite place to visit, shop, dine, and take a walk on a day when not many people or tourists are around. Sausalito is clean, bright blue with the bay reflection, and warm with sun. I feel safe. I did not spot any scary pan handlers or pickpocket's. Traffic was not bad, probably because I visited on a regular day. Local people seem nice and friendly. Food was good. The view is spectacular. The only thing I didn't like was the limited parking hours and the many metermaids circling around giving tickets. Overall, it's still worth it to visit.

Bought 2 of your 5$ mugs in your store and they made it safe & sound all the way to Germany without a dint in a handcarry hardshell case. Using them for the 3rd time for coffee, a piece of material chipped off and got almost swallowed by me. Even they're just 5$ and made in China a product like this is meant to be safe to being used for hot drinks, right?!

This is a cute store in the tiny town is Sausalito. After a nice lunch, we went across the street to do some shopping here. This store was packed with tons of cool apparel and unique souvenirs. We found some great clothing and accessories right away. There were fun bags, t-shirts, hoodies, hats, backpacks, mugs, and socks. Everything was San Francisco and Sausalito themed. I bought a nice hoodie for my son and even got a couple of nice t-shirts, with either "Sausalito" or "San Francisco" written across them, for myself. When I said this store is packed, I wasn't exaggerating (okay, maybe is was exaggerating a little). This store really seemed to have a lot of stuff. There were tables and racks full of unique apparel and souvenirs everywhere. Although my husband didn't buy anything for himself, there were plenty of nice shirts and hoodies for men too. I also liked that there were items on sale here as well. For fun apparel, accessories, and souvenirs, this a a great stop while shopping in the cute little town of Sausalito!

One of the best place to shop in Sausalito both for those who live in the area, as well as out of towners who want to bring a little of San Francisco and Sausalito back with them. The printed "San Francisco" or "Sausalito" clothes would make good presents for those back home, instead of the regular shot glasses and magnets... you can't get this stuff at a chain store. I'm a discerning shopper who is picky and won't buy just any old screen print shirt. I like new (not used) retro or vintage style shirts, and also other types of clothing- but all of it has to be flattering and up to date. The clothes here make you look good while being comfortable and practical (tissue printed shirts, colorful scarves, funky sunglasses, casual hoodies) and you can buy knowing you will wear them - unlike that bandage dress. Like most people, I prefer reasonable prices, and at Sausalito USA the prices let you shop without guilt ... I was surprised at how low the prices were. The owner and staff at Sausalito make sure you are happy. All this, and with a gorgeous bay view. If you like unique, quality, in-style clothes and accessories at a low price, with great service and atmosphere, you have to come to Sausalito USA.
