The most wonderful post office experience! Hank and Tom are lovely people, who are genuinely dedicated to the Sausalito community and provide excellent postal service. This store was open during the severe storm this past week that closed down the FedEx center just up the street on Bridgeway which closed. The owner was able to fashion a mailing label even without FedEx supplies and the documents got through very quickly. Glad to support a local business and will keep doing so over the box stores.

I had the best experience here. I had 3 large boxes to ship. The lady brought her dolly out to my car and loaded them and took them inside for me. We had a pleasant chat while she was processing my shipping order. I love working with local businesses like this one where the owners are present and invested. I received excellent service and highly recommend this business!

The owners of this business really go above and beyond to help out their customers. On our first visit to Sonoma we forgot to arrange for wine shipping. Not only did they offer expert service in this regard, they very kindly agreed to wait past posted business hours to meet us and pack/ship our case. You will not meet friendlier folks, highly recommended.
