I had Sam and his team make an engagement ring earlier this year. I was introduced to him by a friend who also had their ring made by Sam. From the very first meeting to receiving the finished product, we enjoyed every interaction with him. He has an amazing story, personal history, and a fantastic shop and team. Sam did an incredible job sourcing a very particular stone we were searching for and was super helpful in guiding us through the design choices. In the end, we got a beautiful stone and an elegant setting with a hidden halo. We highly recommend working with Sam. Next up, we will be getting our wedding bands from him!

They are totally awesome. My wife and I bought our wedding rings from here about a year ago. They went above and beyond helping us, and were super down-to-earth and personable. I actually lost my wedding band fairly recently, and they were really easy to work with in remaking a replacement ring. Overall, great people and quality work!

Sausalito Jewelers has gorgeous, custom-designed, ethically sourced jewelry and is very conveniently located just off Sausalito’s main street, Bridgeway–but that’s just the beginning of why I like to visit. Whenever i’ve stopped by, Sam gives me great advice and mini-lessons in gemology. I find myself saying “wow” a lot in my chats with Sam. Every visit is a pleasure, and I walk away enlightened and intrigued.

I highly recommend Sausalito Jewelers ... my go-to jewelry store - not only because of their fine jewelry (they use only the finest quality diamonds, at affordable pricing, and they're happy to consider your budget), but because they truly care about their clientele, whether you've been a regular patron over the years, or you're a brand new visitor at the shop. Sam and Aida are all about making sure each client is happy with his or her selection, helping you find that special piece (a ring in my case) - and if you don't see it in the shop, they will custom build it for you. The care they provide doesn't stop when you leave the shop with your stunning piece of jewelry; it extends long afterward, as they assure you that if you need resizing, or anything, at any time, they are at your service. I'm impressed with their kindness, the skill, of their custom creation, the knowledge they shared with me, and their professionalism. Love the ring!

Sam and the team at Sausalito Jewelers were really patient and helpful in educating me, helping me find the right fit, and provided excellent service in resizing my ring. They have the skill snd all the equipment they need there to do the work, so they’re really fast and know what they’re talking about! They also have a beautiful selection. I can’t speak to how their prices compare to other stores in the area but I would highly recommend them for quality and service.
