Marina is clean and well kept. So is the parking lot and public shore access. Staff if helpful and knowledgeable. Recent building updates provide new restrooms for tenants. Public shoreline access is great, perfect place to take a stroll and capture the beauty of the bay.

You can see how sea level rise is going to affect Marin City if you walk behind the shops along the bike path, and look at King Tide flooding on the hwy 101 off ramp.
