I have been blown away by how helpful and kind Vince has been on the two occasions my son got flat tires on his e-bike. Vince was able to pick my son and his bike up when he was stranded and spent a good amount of time not just repairing the flat, but also making sure everything else was in good working order. On one occasion, he made necessary adjustments to the brakes and on the other, fixed a bent rear fender and stripped bolts. Can't recommend them enough!

I rented an electric bike here today for half a day. It was the most impressive bike I've ever ridden! Super high quality, very smooth to ride, and really powerful! The team was incredibly nice and gave me great advice. It was a perfect experience!

These guys are amazing!! I stopped in with what I thought was a minor issue and Bryan took time away from what he was doing and spent 30 minutes fixing my complicated brake situation! Bike is like new again! Bryan and Vince are the best! Highly recommend!!

Had a flat tire on my road bike in Sausalito and the team here was helpful and nice. They lent me a pump and degreaser for my hands after I’d changed my tire. Very helpful stop for any bike troubles in Sausalito!

We asked for help far from home with a damaged wheel and got help, great service, and kindness thrown in. My 30 year old hybrid, not even an e-bike, decided to give us trouble. The store went out of its way to give us quick, expert help, and, after a 25 mile trip today, the problem seems to be solved.

Tourists from New England here. We rented e-bikes from Old School e-bikes. Bikes were fabulous as was the preparation. Vince included locks, helmets, and a pannier with the base price. Biking through Sausalito and San Francisco is the way to go. Best day of a fabulous vacation!!

Wonderful experience with renting E-Bikes from New Old School Bikes for an afternoon of fun riding thru Tiburon! The bikes functioned great and we're very easy to handle. The service here is top notch as well! I highly recommend this bike shop

After checking around for several places to rent an e-bike in the area near Golden Gate Bridge and Angel island we found this one. And glad we chose to go with this one. I'm not good with names but the gentleman that assisted us was as prompt as he could be as he got swamped around the time of the appointment. He explained everything very well and carried the bike down the stairs to get us on our way. He also allowed us some additional time just based on the slight time we were pushed back because of other customers he had. Our ride was great being able to ride around Tiburon a bit, Sausalito, GG Bridge and Crissy fields area in SF while the battery maintained very well! Upon returning we were asked how was it and if we had any issues which we didn't of anything major. We had a little talk about tire maintenance and I ended recommending a product to him that I have been using lately. All in all a great place to rent a bike from with great service and products! Thanks again

Wonderful day and absolutely first class customer service. My wife, son and I had never tried electric bikes before, but Vince couldn't have taken more trouble in showing us how they worked and giving us the confidence we needed. We cycled from Sausalito, over the Golden Gate Bridge and along the north shore of San Francisco and back - no problems at all. Just a really lovely few hours. Eiko welcomed us back and likewise couldn't have been more helpful. A real highlight of our holiday.
