I worked with Monica to purchase my first home in San Francisco and she was absolutely excellent! She was very prompt and professional in all of her communications and made sure any question I had, no matter how minor, was answered very quickly. I never had to follow-up with her as she usually had answers/responses within minutes to hours and she made me feel like I was her top priority. I always felt like she had my best at heart and advocated for me at every stage throughout the process. She has a lot of experience and knowledge of the real estate market in San Francisco and shared those insights in a very informative matter but was never pushy. She was very flexible with her schedule and was at every appointment, walkthrough, etc. no matter how quickly those appointments were scheduled.
