I called asking about placing a rush order and Jess was super helpful. I ended up placing the order with a different FedEx, since it was closer to our branch location, and so even though that caused the store extra work, they were very professional about it.

I had a rush order for some last minute printing for my daughter’s birthday party and the staff (Jess) was so helpful and kind, despite being understaffed. I am so thankful for the help!
