Clean, the times I've gone there aren't many people so it's super fast. It has towels to dry the car. Very clean and the people very friendly.

Terrible service, the manager is abusive and disrespectful when addressing me as a client and yesterday I canceled my membership and instead of canceling it, he charged my card without my authorization.

I live in Sausalito and this is my go-to gas station for getting air on my tires. It is free ! I tried the car wash last week and it was pretty efficient. I drove through at 6 PM and there was no one -the gentleman was very nice and accommodating -I did pay for my car wash as I was getting gas so it was pretty efficient to just drive through . for $16, you get the basic wash which makes your car pretty clean. You have a parking lot at the exit where you can vacuum and dry it on your own. They do not offer and hand towel dry service. This is a quick in-n-out place. I will definitely be back for a quick wash.

Duckys car wash Sausalito fraud fraud fraud rip off rip off. I was in several months ago and asked if I wanted to get unlimited month worth of wash I said OK and they've been billing my credit card for nine months and I haven't used the service once. They billed my card every month for nearly 9 months of no service never go there again

Just came from airport. Bag in back. They needed an updated card for my membership. I said I had to get my wallet from trunk. Then… STATION ATTENDANT POINTS AT MY FACE AND STARTS LAUGHING HARD, CALLING OUT “HE HAS A PURSE IN BACK OF CAR LIKE A WOMAN! HE IS A WOMAN!” MULTIPLE TIMES LOUDER AND LOUDER, EVEN GESTURING TO COWORKERS AND CAR BEHIND ME. Was extremely off-putting. Left. Won’t be returningUpdate:Yelp has a review of attendant mocking another customerResponse from business is disappointing. Suggesting the jeering was an intent to “communicate the membership is for one vehicle”… - even though this is the one vehicle - completely ignores the unprofessional and rude behavior of an employee who is clearly a juvenile bully which makes unprovoked attempts to insult customers. An employee who does this often enough that some people even bother to write a review. I’ve only wrote 4 reviews on google in all these many long years

I started coming to this car wash a month ago and haven’t stopped. I drive my car a lot so it get dirty ball the time. The offer $30 monthly memberships and you can bring your car at any time it’s a great deal. I usually bring my car once a week. I’m nice you go through the drive through it’s self serve you vacuum your car and clean your interior. They have clean towels and 4 vacuum stations. If your like me that wants to keep your car clean at all times I recommend you get the membership and come to Ducky’s.
