This place lives up to its name. The shirts are crazy. Double the price for a shirt that is so delicate I am afraid to wash it. I fear the bizarre dye restrictions the staff warned me about may ruin the rest of my laundry. I wish I didn't buy it.

What I loved most about this store was the uniqueness of the shirts and the fact they weren't the traditional same old souvenir shirts you'd find elsewhere in touristy areas. They had a great variety, many that can appeal to any gender and age range as well. Prices were just about what you'd expect but the materials also felt quality too.

What a great experience! Sean, Shawn, and Gerily were a lot of fun. Thanks, gentlemen! And this location has an amazing view of the bay...wow! My husband loves the shirt we got there. It holds many happy memories of our day in Sausalito.

Great shirts, great materials, great prices. I was drawn in to the store by cat humor, and I left happy.

Crazy Shirts did contact me and were friendly and helpful. However I never did receive an explanation why my initial email enquiries went unanswered. They reviewed my account and sent me $20 in crazy rewards saying that most of my purchases were made under the "old" rewards program. I elected not to redeem the $20 and found other suppliers. Frankly it just felt like they changed the rewards program to take the liabilities of the books and my long loyalty and thousands in purchases wasn't being acknowledged. Perhaps a wiser course would have been to provide sufficient rewards to purchase a t-shirt forcing me back into buying mode.

Came to Sausalito to get a break away from the east bay, decided to stop inside of Crazy Shirts because i saw the window display will sell wife for beer and laughed. Once inside a young female greeted me right away with a smile on her face, she then told me all about the company and the shirts and insisted i smell the coffee and chocolate dyed shirts. She was very knowledgeable and bubbly and with the knowledge that she had she had me at the counter ready to purchase the 3 shirts and 2 pairs of pants. Once i paid for the items i asked for the manager and she said she was the manager and her name is Michelle. I will now make sure my buisiness and the buisness of my family goes to that store to get the wonderful service from Michelle.

I have been to Crazy Shirts locations throughout Hawaii and generally love their products and was surprised to find one in Sausalito. This location has your basic stock, plus a few special Bay Area themed items - Alcatraz related. Very cool, but nothing out of the ordinary. OK service.

On my first trip to Sausalito by ferry, after walking around the area for a hour or so, we stopped into Crazy Shirts as I was searching for some cool T's other than the boring generics easily found over San Fran. I was promptly greeted by the staff and quickly realized this was not your average T shop. They had quite a few designs which were dyed using various techniques such as volcanic ash and shredded currency. The shirts were of a much higher quality and construction than are normally found - especially in the more touristy locations. Overall, while I had to steer clear of some designs, I ended up purchasing a couple of T's from Crazy Shirts. Being a big fan of the design on-the-back T's and I was not disappointed as most of the shirts I liked were that style. They also had long and short sleeve version of most prints. While the T's were a bit pricey, given the location on a major corner in touristy Sausalito, and the superior construction and heavier weight cotton, I felt OK about the purchase as I've certainly dropped more for concert T's in the past. A nice store to find a better quality T.

I was chaperoning my sister around town and after having taken touristy pictures with the scenic and majestic GG Bridge in the backdrop we drove further north to end up in Sausalito. Walking up on Bridgeway, we came across this shop titled - Crazy Shirts... overcome by curiosity we walked into the store to look around. The guy managing the store was super friendly, after making some small talk and finding out that my sister was visiting from outta town, he suggested some merchandise for us to buy. We liked one but unfortunately, the size did not work out. The store has some really cool clothing with witty sayings. The 15 odd minutes we spent in the lil store were fun and I must say that the guy was quite knowledgeable about the world - he must have aced tests in his Geography class. If you're around the neighborhood, do visit..perhaps next time when I visit, I'll find something in my size :)
