1839 Divisadero St, San Francisco“I was gifted a sewing machine for Mother's Day despite never sewing in my life :-P My 7 yo daughter really wanted to take sewing lessons together so I was thrilled that Sew offers a mom/daughter class at a time that worked for our hectic schedule. We chose the 2-hour class and I didn't really know what to expect. My daughter was over the moon and can't stop talking about how she now knows how to sew and how she wished we could have spent the whole day there. I'm bummed that I didn't know about this place earlier as it would have been a perfect summer camp opportunity; planning to enroll next summer for sure! The owner showed me how to use my OWN machine(!), which was the first time it had been turned on, and made the whole idea of sewing less intimidating. Definitely will be returning to take more classes! It's a wonderful business and I highly recommend it!!!”
“I lo e everything about this company. The dresses are always unique. The patterns and designs are always amazing and the customer service is outstanding. So many companies now don't even hold a spot for reviews and if you make a bad comment on a post they delete you. That makes them unaccountable for their product and service. This says a lot about Little Miss Marmalade. I've been buying dresses from them for at least 3 years now and will continue to do so. Thank you Little Miss Marmalade and may God bless you all through these rough times.”

248 Clement St, San Francisco“Come here for a quick gift to bring a fancy hipster toy to your next young kids birthday party. Expect to pay high prices, but in return, you get fancy packaging that feels good in your hands, as you marvel at the extra 5 minute effort the clerk spends to wrap your gift and stamp it with custom letters with the name of the recipient. The store is a joy for parents, but honestly like any fancy boutique you get concerned bringing your little ones in tow. This is a high brow gift shop, not Toys R Us.”
“What a sweet and wonderful group of lady's running this store. You'll find everything you need for toddlers, which is especially hard about 4 years old. In between baby and kids clothes/shoes. Also the shoes I bought my son were not cheaply made Nike's that break through the toe within a month. Great stuff!”
“Best in the city!! We’ve been here well over 5 times now for alterations on wedding gowns, to full-suits, to simple pant hems. The work is ALWAYS GREAT, very reasonably priced, and on time.So thankful we found NB Tailoring & Alterations!”
“What a wonderful little shop!! And the owner is a kind, compassionate and upbeat guy! We just visited Fisherman's Wharf in S.F. from L.A., and re-discovered this welcoming place! I bought a purple T-shirt custom-screened with a dog logo, and the owner also gave me an SF key chain. I appreciated the low price, and the merchandise is first-rate and unique. I highly recommend visiting and patronizing this place.”
“I just wanted to put in a good word for Karen! She is delightful and really made my visit to the shop the friendliest of any visit I’ve had in sf. She’s super sweet and I even showed her a couple of songs on my guitar haha.Wishing this shop all the best, and thank you for keeping things lively and warm here in sf!”

1554 Redwood Hwy C-1, Corte Madera“Talked to a lovely girl on the phone, I feel bad for forgetting her name. I live in CT and really wanted a dress that was sold out everywhere and online except for this store in CA and she helped me so nicely with shipping the dress to me! Thank you!!”
“Lots of wonderful clothing in all kids sizes. The store is well organized, clean and bright. Our stroller fit down the aisles so I could shop with my hands free. I'm the grandma and that was very helpful as my grandson was only 3 months old and can be wiggly when he is looking around.”

540 Hayes St, San Francisco“I was looking for swimwear and a sweater (both from Tea Collection) which were sold out on the company's website. After a google search for the items, I found Fiddlesticks! They have a nice selection of children's clothing as well as plush toys (I ended up buying a few more adorable plush toys from Jellycat). When I received the package today, all items were individually wrapped and there was a sweet note from the owner. Had a lovely experience shopping online. Highly recommended this store.”

“Small frys is the best children clothing/shoe store in San Francisco! Whenever I am in the area for lunch or a walk, I always stop by here to get something for my daughter and son. It's also a great place to get a gift for a special little one! There's always a decent sized sales rack at the entrance. What makes this store truly amazing is the owner. My family from Ukraine recently fled the war and arrived in San Francisco. The owner reached out to me and told me she has a care package at her store waiting for my almost 6 year old nephew. I had tears when reading how generous of a person she was. Not only did she give him incredible See Kai Run shoes, but she also have super stylish pants, shirts and PJs. My family and I are forever grateful for her kindness and generosity. Thank you, thank you. Support small businesses like Small Frys!”

It’s a great vibe inside, it’s colorful and neon lights are extra cute if you take pictures inside.I have a few Aviator Nation and it’s soft and very comfortable. I do wish there were pockets on some of the sweatpants tho.”

“Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable owner, very glad we decided to visit! There's only really two maternity stores in sf, now that the bigger department stores have moved their maternity clothing online only.”
