Very friendly and easy to schedule/communicate. Our golden retriever got a great groom in line with breed standards and what we requested given recent health issues. Thank you, Cove Grooming!

They do a great job with my two huskies, one of whom has an extra fluffy wooly coat. Highly recommend!

I had such a wonderful experience with Natalia as my dog's groomer! She was incredibly caring and loving towards my bichon frise, and it was clear that she really enjoys working with animals. Not only that, but she also gave my dog a great haircut!

They butchered my Labradoodle. The groomer must have been inexperienced. It is as if they took a bowl, put the bowl on the dogs head and considered it a trim which is what was asked of them. Instead they took the clippers and cut him so short I can bearly recognize him. This is winter folks. Will never bring my dog here again.

I made an appointment a month ago. They were having sewer issues so they had to close. My appointment for this morning was confirmed yesterday by email. I show up and they are closed. Call twice to a vm. I got a call back that they're sewer is still broken. Why confirm yesterday? I am so annoyed-the owner Paul is completely unprofessional. I DO NOT recommend this place and they should close like their boarding facility did.

I'm very happy with their service, kind and friendly staff. Only downside is landlord is trying to get rid of them. He provides no parking for drop off and pickup and berates people that stop behind the establishment briefly. It's a real shame as it's a must needed business/service. The landlord is extremely rude and a put off. I'm hopeful that canine cove can relocate their business!

Maxwell Smart was there for a playdate six months ago. I received a call 45 minutes after dropping him off that he had yiped and gone down in a pile. They said they didn't know what happened, he was playing with another puppy. When I took him to the vet, he had a broken tibia in two places and no sign of dog play fighting. That is NOT something another puppy can do. After months of vet visits and $$$ haggling with the owner, he said he would reimburse me for the vet bills. He now has completely ghosted me. Do NOT take your dog here. They are irresponsible and dishonest.

I cannot say enough good things about Canine Cove. The entire staff is warm, caring, true dog lovers. Proof: Chaplin's tail wags wildly every time we approach the entrance. He loves it there. If only they were open later for pick-ups - say 11:00 pm (not unheard of in LA), I'd give them 10 stars!

A little hard to find if it's your first time boarding your dog here and my pups came back soaking wet after playing in the rain just before I had arrived.#OneTwenty15Media #Combinations

I know we live in an affluent area, and Canine Cove seems to be a nice facility - but NINETY DOLLARS FOR ONE NIGHT? What the heck? Who can afford that? That was with no extras, no walks (my dog is super old and just sleeps all day), no bath, just sleeping in their facility for ONE NIGHT. On my most recent trip I took my pup to another place where they recognize her immediately, and send pix and a "report card" with every stay, 5 nights $175.

Our dog has a lot of anxiety away from us, so to find a place where he is happy is amazing! Thanks Canine Cove!
