“This location is usually a 5/5 for me because of the great service and awesome products! My visit a few days ago was going well until it was time to checkout. My cashier's name was Salma. She was not very fiendly, so her attitude was surprising. She was short and impatient with me when I asked her about my hot cash coupon. In the past, the cashiers have taken their time to double-check if the hot cash on file is the same as the one I get in my e-mail. I still love this store, but was disappointed by this interaction.”

“My wife wanted to stop by this Nordstrom Rack in the Valencia Promenade to look at slippers. This store has a lot of products to offer and some prices are reasonable. The shoes are toward the back of the store, the men's department are on the left and the women are toward the right. Customer service when we were here was great.”

“Ana was very helpful, worked with our budget. And gave us beautiful , elegant dresses at a very reasonable price.It was also good that they have stocks at the store so I was able to purchase 3 same design cocktail dresses with 3 different sizes on the same day . She also gave us free items. We will definitely go back to this place.”
“I stopped by this Ross location this morning to get a sandle to wear inside or outside the house. I had time to waste before my wife graduation near by so I stopped by here. They weren't that busy since I came in the early morning but the bad part is that they only had 1 cashier working. I found the sandle I wanted so I got it and went to the line to pay for it. The person working the jewelry or sunglasses area was confusing some older guest she was helping and giving them conflicting information. She was helping them but instead of letting them pay with her, she told them to get in line which was long and pay for their item. The older guest were old with a crane so when I was the next guest about to pay, I let them go since they were there before me anyway. The store was nicely organized in the morning though so it was one of the nicer Ross I been to.”
“I have no idea why Kohl’s would have shopping carts that can’t go pass the front door! Totally ridiculous, and inconvenient for anyone with kids BUT I was supper lucky that Vinni my cashier let her manager know she would need to help me to my car. There was no push back from her manager. Which was perfect since I had my granddaughters 11 month and a 4 year old and in tow. Many thanks Vinni for your kindness.”

“I went there last week looking for a wedding guard for my wedding ring and Ketti was so nice and helpful. Explained everything, even told me we’re to go get it sized. “I stopped by this Spender store when I was in Valencia mall with my wife. She went shopping at the other stores so I came into this Spencer store to look at their shirts. When I walked inside, a worker greeted me and told me their deal of buy one and get one half off on the shirts. They had some cool shirts on display and other stuff but nothing stood out to me where I brought something. There wasn't a lot of other guest in the store so I believe it was just me.”

“It's interesting reading the reviews and while customer service is important and customers are spending money, my thoughts when I go in, considering where I'm walking into, not an LV store, or even a department store, basically a one owner swap meet store, I'm actually not expecting all that much, mostly know what I'm there to get, grab it and go, overpriced, obviously, poor Korean customer service, a given. It is what it is, and I don't try and disappoint myself by expecting a whole lot out of this place lol.”

She measured me and helped me choose the best one for my needs. “My wife and I stopped by this Loft store while we were inside Valencia mall. My wife shop at this store so she wanted to see what they have. When we walked inside, a worker greeted us and asked if we needed any help. We told her that we were just browsing so she left us be. My wife went to look at their sales rack to see if anything stand out to her but none did. The store is a decent size and they had a bigger sales section at this store.”

“I just want to add a review because I feel that lady that posted most recent gave this store a bad rap. The store overall is very clean the associates are very nice I have always greeted when I walk through the door. There's plenty of people around I see people and they're all the time. This one is close to my store so I go to it a lot. I'm a bargain shopper so I shop at a lot of Ross's I would say that this store is better than most. There are plenty of associates and they're always there to help.”
