I just want to add a review because I feel that lady that posted most recent gave this store a bad rap. The store overall is very clean the associates are very nice I have always greeted when I walk through the door. There's plenty of people around I see people and they're all the time. This one is close to my store so I go to it a lot. I'm a bargain shopper so I shop at a lot of Ross's I would say that this store is better than most. There are plenty of associates and they're always there to help.

If I could give zero star I would do definitely. The worst experience we had in this store with their called MANAGER ISABELA. So shameful to call her a manager how the other employees will learn from her. We just got there on their Tuesday discount for seniors with my mom and dad . They wanted to buy some toys for my kids as gifts, however she (ISABELA) refused to give us the services for seniors. We were waiting in line to pay the stuff despite my mom had surgery on her back and had hard time spending there but this guy that was calling her the store manager was SUPER RuDE and UNPROFESSIONAL refusing to give us service . She just shut off the line and quit the register and said “ I AM NOT GONNA GIVE YOU SERVICE….” That’s so disgusting and disrespectful way to a customer. Avoid this store, don’t go there . I would definitely report her to their customer service and hopefully they’re gonna get rid of her and fired her otherwise they’re gonna lose their business and customers. They need to replace more educated and professional personalities instead. Lots of reviews also address that this person is so rude and impolite toward the customers . ZERO customer service….
