“Did you know that Walmart is the largest pharmacy in the country? Their pharmacists and pharmacy technicians do an amazing job to satisfy their customers on a daily basis. What is sad is that, most patients do not understand the "behind the scenes" workings of what it takes to finally execute a prescription that was sent to the pharmacy by your doctor. It is not a slam dunk. When orders arrive, there are often errors that have to be fixed, doctors have to be called for clarification/changes. Is the medication and directions in harmony with the indication. And good luck getting hold of the doctor. Then there are insurance issues that must be rectified so that you do not have a high cost or big copay. The medication has to be checked and rechecked for accuracy, so that you get the exact medication that was prescribed. There are also staffing issues that come into the picture. These are just some factors that determine how soon you can get your meds. There are more. So as a customer, be patient, do not be aggressive, and be thankful you are getting a good deal on your prescription. Finally, appreciate the Pharmacist and the Pharmacy Technicians who work tirelessly, day in day out, to make your health, and your lives, so much better.”

“This is a newer Kaiser location. It's small and very trendy with nice decor. The service of care is amazing. The care you receive is very welcoming and the doctors are knowledgeable. Excellent care by the doctors at this location. They provide basic services of care due to the place being small. They have a pharmacy, eyeglass section, labs, and some scans at this location. Tots never crowded so it's never a long wait. Plentiful parking. Great place to run in and real quick.”

“Great location and service. However, this is more of a commentary on CVS as a company. This store, in particular, has added more locked glass showcases, which are installed for obvious security reasons. But I do like browsing whenever I go to CVS, and I don’t want to have to call someone anytime I want to look at an item and have an employee stand beside me waiting to make a decision. If companies like CVS are concerned about security, they can hire more employees or security guards. But don’t limit the customer’s experience. So, for this reason, I prefer to purchase skin care items from Amazon. I’d rather buy in store, but CVS is putting a strain on the overall consumer experience. If I already know what I want, I’ll just order from Amazon and get it the next day at almost half the cost. If stores like CVS want to stick around, they need to address this issue. I won’t buy a face cream if it’s in a glass case.”

I thought I was done shopping for a while. But, Ralphs decided to have a great sale on laundry detergent. Even though I just bought some at the mass merchandiser down the street. I had to stock up. A couple bucks cheaper a bottle is too much for me to pass up. Along with a couple of snacks to keep me going. I was done with my shopping excursion in a flash.

“Was visiting this CVS location from NJ to utilize my CarePass rewards for the month, only to find out the card I was using had expired and my pass was no longer active. I was admittedly frustrated at this point and instead of just letting me pay and walk out of the store annoyed, Bibi came to assist me. After I updated my card, it still couldn't be processed, so Bibi said she would cancel out my order and re-ring it all in for me. When she did it, my CarePass came up there and was able to be used. She was extremely helpful, but even more than that, her good attitude definitely helped lift my spirits! Bibi definitely comes across as professional, helpful and caring. I very rarely write reviews, but felt the need to do it for Bibi to express my appreciation :)”
