“It's the nearest FedEx/UPS drop off location to my parent's place and I also needed a passport photo. The photos cost was $1 less than the CVS next door and everything I needed was done in a reasonable amount of time. My parents had no complaints using their notary service on a few different occasions.”

“I have been using this location since 2019 and I have been very pleased with the service. From when Erik, Daniel and now the new staff I am very pleased. Only issue I have is the parking but it is a hit and miss. I have received packages other than just my mail here. Both husband and wife are very helpful. At times I am coming from far so I call and ask if I have mail and as always they let me know. Keep up the good service and always thankful knowing my packages are secured.”

I was holding a baby in my carrier and 2 large packages and struggling to get through the door and a young man employee came right over to assist me and put the packages down and assured us they would be right with us. So sweet, especially during this busy holiday season. I’ve been to this location multiple times and the young lady with the glasses has always been so efficient and kind!”

“Have a post box here and it's fabulous and always a bright spot in my day when I come to retrieve my mail. This is a perfect one stop shop for any mail and copy service plus they have a Notary for a nominal fee. They also sell stamps and you can drop your outgoing mail here too. “For the most part this UPS Store is great. The employees are helpful and things have been so far so good with my weekly Amazon returns. The question I have for the owner is this: Are you or are you not a USPS drop off location? I recently began selling on Poshmark which utilizes USPS shipping and provides a QR code to send packages. When I went to your store recently to drop off an order I was told your location cannot process it and was directed to the AIM Store on Seco Canyon. I’ve had to go to this other store (with subpar customer service) twice in the past week and I have another one to drop off today. I would love to do all of my shipping business through your store if possible. Please advise…”
