After my visit to City of Hope. I called CVS to find out if one of my prescriptions had any refills. Because it's a limited refill the pharmacist I don't know if she was really busy or what the problem was however she very very rude with me absolutely unacceptable

Pharmacy shut down for lunch when i was in line waiting ....they told me my prescription was ready and sorry I had to come back when they reopened. Nobody else was here are on line it was quite ridiculous.

Zero employees?I went to get my vaccines last week and had to wait over an hour for my pre-signed up appointment.The crazy part was that each pharmacist was doing like seven jobs at once and had to stop everything they were doing just to give me my shots. Where are all the other employees? Why are they so short staffed?Why does CVS offer pharmacy services if they aren’t going to actually staff them?

They often close before the posted closing time on their door/ website, anywhere between 20-30 minutes.I recommend going to the one on Soledad Canyon Road instead. It's open 24/hr and the workers are kind.

Was visiting this CVS location from NJ to utilize my CarePass rewards for the month, only to find out the card I was using had expired and my pass was no longer active. I was admittedly frustrated at this point and instead of just letting me pay and walk out of the store annoyed, Bibi came to assist me. After I updated my card, it still couldn't be processed, so Bibi said she would cancel out my order and re-ring it all in for me. When she did it, my CarePass came up there and was able to be used. She was extremely helpful, but even more than that, her good attitude definitely helped lift my spirits! Bibi definitely comes across as professional, helpful and caring. I very rarely write reviews, but felt the need to do it for Bibi to express my appreciation :)

Refuse to answer questions or help . When comes time to check out even if someone is behind counter they make you use self checkout. Also very rude when they do respond . Young woman at counter will make an exchange with recipes seem like a trip to h e l l
