All I can say is the sound the new engine makes and the acceleration increase is incredible with the Tapa upgraded components. Any Jaguar owner should at least get the upgrades added to their engine. “**HIGHLY RECOMMEND**Recently used EMF for the first time. We are a single car family and having my vehicle in the shop is a big deal. My regular mechanic wasn't responsive and wanted me to leave my car for days. So I went to YELP and created a project and requested quotes. I picked EMF not only because of their reviews but also because of their response to my request. They actually acknowledged my situation, empathized and said they would do their best to work with me. No other shop took the time to do that. Everyone else just sent me quotes or their business# to call and make an appointment. The quote EMF provided me was fair. The service I received was on point. They fixed my car and got me back on the road. These guys are the real deal. They're down to earth, good at what they do, fair priced and communicate well. “If you're looking for an honest and reliable mechanic, then check out Concierge Autoworks. I had quote from another mechanic that said I needed at least $5000 worth of work done. I called Concierge Autoworks and spoke to David. David was very helpful (and kind) and wanted to make sure that I wasn't spending money on things I didn't need done. He also took the time to explain reasons for why my vehicle would be encountering the problems I was told I might have. Concierge Autoworks obviously knows their vehicles and they want to make sure that any problems you're encountering with your vehicle, get repaired in the best way possible.”

“I was impressed (in a positive way) by the speedy roadside assistance response time, I was impressed by the diagnosis support (even though the problem was already detected), and I was impressed by the assistance in getting a client back to the mechanic shop in Castaic (CA).Also, the mechanic(s) were professional in their work, and the mechanic(s) were professional in their approach in getting my client a brand-new radiator and replacing the damaged radiator. The entire repair took about 4 hours (including the dispatching for the roadside assistance).It appears as if Freightliner Cascadias utilize some type of plastic outlining around their metal radiators, while having additional support (metal "arms") with bolting their radiators to the engine block instead of the chassis (like Peterbilt or Kenworth). Thus, causing the vibration(s) from the engine to "trickle" to the radiator. SMH! Whatever.Nevertheless, Benny's Diesel Road Services got my client back onto the proverbial road in about 4 hours (with a brand-new radiator), in which my client was still able to deliver the load assignment in Porterville (CA) and pickup & deliver the backhaul load assignment from Stockton (CA) to Santa Maria (CA). AMAZING! What a GREAT "rebound" way to close-out 'the books' for 2023! If my client were to utilize our Platinum Freightliner Warranty and wait for approval, my client would still be at a mechanic shop somewhere."Shout-out" to Benny's Diesel Road Services for the AWESOME service!! Great way to earn repeat business!Please don't judge a proverbial book by its cover (when dealing with Benny's Diesel Road Services) and if you encounter a diesel mechanical problem at the base or within the 5,000ft "grapevine" mountains between Los Angeles County and Kern Couty, give Benny's Diesel Road Services in Castaic (CA) a telephone call. “This is the only place I really trust. I have taken multiple vehicles here over the years and I always leave satisfied. Recently, my wife's 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee was rear-ended. I brought it in, and Tony quickly helped me out. He did an assessment, and explained to me that he can salvage the bumper and do a perfect paint match. I hate when shops try to upsell you, but Tony was straight up with me, and I respected his candor. Tony explained the process and the paint matching of the whole bumper from the trim to the edges and kept me updated. The paint on my JGC is still new as I detail it often, so I was a bit skeptical they were going to match it perfectly (even the light shine or glitter on the paint) and to my surprise, they did a perfect match. Thank you again Tony and the Caliber Collision team!”

“I've been bringing my vehicles here since 2018, when I moved back to SoCal and Santa Clarita. I don't take them anywhere else. The few issues I have had with this location were small and easily rectified once I brought them up. Anyone who asks I always recommend these guys and always will. The bad reviews on here seem to be with people who think this is a quick service place (like for an oil change and such). Anyone can do an oil change, these guys are mechanics, so bring a little patience and they will impress you.”
