The employees are nice and helpful. The supervisor is extremely annoying. She came out and made everyone filling different forms.

One of the worst places to get anything done. Make you wait for more than 30 mins to tell you they can only take the appointments. This seemed like an intentional passive aggression.

Before we moved to Saratoga, we had been used to coming a long way to this location for shipping service not just because it’s a place easy for parking but because the clerks are very warm and helpful. Yesterday I was particularly impressed by the speedy service offered by Clerk 15, a smart guy who helped me as soon as he saw me walk in. I had hardly got to ask him where to drop off a return parcel before he scanned the barcode, handed me a receipt and showed me how to track it. He was so adept at handling the item I went away without getting time to ask his name.

Great service!! When one of my packages went missing, Supervisor Rhonda Garcia took prompt action to trace the GPS location of delivery and our area mailman Kodi went to the location, collected the package and handed it over to me in person. They both kept me updated via phone calls, throughout the process. Really appreciate both their help and prompt action in solving the problem within 24 hours!

Worst experience when we went for passport renewal with our little one. The attendant LAXMI made it a horrible experience to drag us and wait there for an hour with our little one. Other staff were courteous but laxmi is terrible. Avoid her if you are in the line and being called. Your day will be screwed if you opt to go to her.looked very rude and biased.

tldr; thank u tony!!i was expecting a package that was shipped internationally to my residence, but never received a notice about missing the delivery date until the seller emailed me a reminder about picking the package up from my local usps before it got shipped back.i tried calling the customer service center but the automation was absolutely useless, so i just drove over here to retrieve my package. the line was a bit long, but tony at the front desk simply asked a few questions and then immediately located my package! really happy with how efficient our interaction was :)
