“A hidden gem in Willow Glen for any, and all of your shipping needs. This place does a few things that it seems like no one else does.1) they ship, FedEx, and UPS, and DHL; 2) they actually scan the product in and give you a receipt rather than just telling you to stick it on the floor in the corner like some places do; and 3) it is service with a smile and super helpful staff, which is also rare in my experience in the shipping business. I would encourage anyone in Willow Glen with shipping needs to use them.”

“First and foremost, I would not wish this on anyone, but having an infant or child leave earth so soon, on the holidays and have a funeral all within 10 days is not for the faint of heart. Despite all that and their recent return from the holidays, Keith and his brother at Lightning Press have gone above and beyond in helping us provide high quality prints for our program and memorial cards, as well as foam board posters for our collages and prints. We had submitted work to them on Wednesday and hope to have everything by Friday for a Saturday (1/6/24) funeral, and would you believe it all within less than 24h of submission, they had it ready by the next morning for pickup? Seeing the excellent and superior workmanship brought us one step closer to closing this hard chapter in our lives and honestly could not stop me from getting emotional just seeing it there as they presented it to us.They are caring professionals who have a passion and pride for the work and solutions they provide their clients. I came across her print shop while living near the Burbank area of San Jose and after moving across town, I decided to continue doing business with her. I primarily use the services at Cal Printing for flyers and whenever there's a format/ sizing issue, Manuela checks, communicates, and adjusts our files to help produce a better end-product. To summarize, Cal Printing offers the personable experience of a mom & pop shop but delivers high quality product on a commercial level. 10 out of 10 would recommend! *Side note: I have a close friend who works at the print shop two doors down from Manuela, however, the customer experience at Cal-Printing is imo so much better.”

I needed 10 pages of residential remodel prints, simply e-mailed my digital copies from my iPhone, and within couple hours was able to pick up fresh plan set for my inspection on Friday. Jandark (owner) has great attention to detail and committment to customer satisfaction. “This is the best UPS store I have used. Every staff member is welcoming , cheerful, patient as you work through all the various steps to return or mail items.They are very dog friendly, even have a Dog Walk of Fame if every dog that comes to the store, always have dog treats, make time to greet (yes, they know many of our favorite pets by name) the dogs, and offer them treats.We take our dog on his favorite walk ti downtown Saratoga, he always goes ti the UPS Store because he knows that he gets treated royally there. He will wait outside the store for as long as 10 minutes even though the store is closed.The store is part of our community!!”
